DEAR GARDENERS: A YEAR OF SEASONS (967 hits)

DEAR   GARDENERS

SEPTEMBER'S ISSUE 2015

Final Issue 2015

A YEAR OF SEASONS . . . .

DEAR GARDENERS:

This has been a most fast-moving year! Just as I was becoming used to seeing the seasons come and go another one approached quickly. I admit I have seen some beautiful places where blooms grew in plently. However, some vegetable gardeners didn't produce as well in my part of the country. It's all well though as they also plan to grow next year. Speaking of next year, now it's about time to plant for your Spring and Summer garden beds. Your bulbs can start being put in the earth this very month. You don't want to wait too much longer as seasons for planting will fade away with this year. I suggest you map out where you're want your plenty and begin working those bulbs in. Experienced gardeners are probably way ahead of me, but new gardeners are in the learning process. Meanwhile, the fall gardens will be blooming with fall vintage flowers of marigolds which is a all time cool weather favorite.

          Marigolds Marigolds

Tips for growing these last summer and fall beauties are quite simple. You will find them in stores soon if not already. I have enjoyed these splendid seasons of writing about growing things. I'll end this letter with joy and happiness to you in the ending seasons of Dear Gardeners' . I'll return in March 2016. You know, I'll be around with wonderful readers and gardeners like you. It's the scent of sweetness. . . We might say so long, but it's always "Howdy" and never goodbye.

"SO TELL ME HOW DOES YOUR GARDENS GROW?

I'D SURELY LOVE TO KNOW....

MY GROWS WITH LOTS OF LOVE"

See ya' next year!

Howdy Cowgirl! My flowers were nice while they stood tall. I think I'll put a mini fence around them next time....

I think its cool to experiment to see what crops and plants can sustain life during each season.
I thought about being an Afrikan Violet for a costume party....ooh that reminds me of my favorite fall flower: Sunflower............. .. .......
Enjoy your day Cowgirl! Giddy Up!
