The ideology is Islamic Jihad. 3. The operatives are Jihadists. ISIS is a State and has declared war on France, Russia, the USA, et al. Declare war on them. Secure the borders and put American troops on the ground.

Let the Saudis handle the ISIS question. They have the third largest army in the world and the largest standing army in the regent.
This is the time that we step back from that regent that we been in since the early 50's, get off of fossil fuels and direct our attention towards renewable energies sources and let the governments of the people in the regent run there country.

Calm down Steven Americans are killing more Americans with illegal hand guns in this country then any group of refugees.
We got home grow fools here in this country already and you are not getting upset about this.
Did you know about To date, 17 suspects have been arrested in an alleged terrorist plot to bomb several prominent buildings in Toronto and Ottawa and to behead the prime minister. Or Just this morning, the FBI and the Department of Justice announced the indictment of seven individuals involved in what appears to be another homegrown terrorist cell. The leader of this cell is a U.S. citizen living in Miami. He and six others are alleged to have plotted to attack the Sears Tower in Chicago and key federal buildings in Miami-Dade County. Or that fool who made threats to the university that he was coming to shoot minorities there and the president of the university stepped down, what was the name of that university?

No one person, no one agency, no one police department, and no one country has all the answers. We may not always know where and when terrorists will attempt to strike. But we do know they will try again. And we must combine our intelligence, our technology, and our resources to stop them.
I know one thing, is that we as Americans can’t walk these streets in fear or give up our freedoms for the sake of security. Now that is something to get upset over.
