CHOOSING A MEDITATION PARTNER
The most widely use excuse for not participating in meditation on the Word is not having the time to do so. However, so often there are many times everything else can be scheduled, rearranged and also fitted in to your scheduling. If you are facing a somewhat difficult time to meditate you may want to consider a meditation partner. Your choice of partner can be your spouse or a member of your family, or close friend a member of your church; or even your neighbor. Keep in mind, the choice of partner must also be equally yoked in enjoying the concept and idea of Word meditation in order for the time spent in speaking, reading, praying which will have the same agreement and love for the Lord and for His Word. If you a choosing otherwise the meditation may not have the same benefit of spirituality and praise you’ll seek.
In preparation you can have your verses ready to read, candles, soft meditation music can also be allowed. You can take turns in praying and even in testimonials of God’s enrichments in your own life. If you participant is a child you can give leadership in teaching meditation that requires quietness, attention and directing the child’s thought to thinking of God and the effect they may express to Him. Inviting the Holy Spirit to give you a worship of meditation is eagerly important. Speak your words clearly as possible, sit quietly when your partner is speaking, and or praying. Be part of a unity and develop the time as a Holy act of worship to the Lord. The developing of making time in twos may grow spiritually well as you’re seeking to become more developed in learning heart felt meditations which please the Lord of Heaven.
How soon you can start has to be in agreement with the both of you and your partner. Talk it over between you and discuss the possibility, the location, the amount of time, and how often you’ll want to have the sharing of meditation on God’s Word. Be creative in the eagerness to serve.
“But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit,
if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you.”

according to the will of God.”

You can develop meditation of two will also increase you to learn better how to also meditate privately. Sometimes the only start may be in having a meditation companion. The most important part of meditating on the Word is gaining a stronger faith and trust in God and a closer relationship so that you are becoming an instrument of service to Him in which He will use you as a light unto Him.
“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight O’Lord my strength and my redeemer.”
[Psalm: 19:14]
