
This is probably the simplest dessert you will ever make. And it tastes great too! All you really need is 2 fresh bananas, which you put in the freezer to harden. Then you blend them. That’s it! If you feel like you want to liven things up or change the flavor profile, you can add some grade B maple syrup or agave. You can even top it with fresh berries! Keep in mind that the more ripe your bananas are, the sweeter your ice cream will be.

Ingredients
◾2 ripe bananas (put in freezer to harden for about 6 hours)
◾1 tbsp. grade B maple syrup or agave syrup (optional)
◾fresh berries to top (optional)
Instructions
1.Take your frozen bananas and blend them in a blender or food processor. It should be a thick consistency similar to frozen yogurt. You can add the grade B maple syrup or agave for extra flavor. Top with fresh berries (optional).
