In your happiness pursuit
And you’re gonna say to yourself, Self… I been here before, It’s like Déjà vu
Why do I keep going in circles?
I been trying to make all things new
I know it’s hard, but bring it back to God
Reset, refocus, pray and plan, let your vision expand
Keep on moving, let it do what it do
Walk by faith and patiently await, and you’re have a BREAKTHROUGH!
As long as you prevail, you’ll never fail
And as long as you believe, you will succeed
and there might be some tornadoes, tsunamis and storms
But it takes pain for a child to be born
And you are a child of God
And I know you come up hard
And I know that you’re talented and smart
So the key, is to make your struggle an art
and give the world your magnificent heart
for nobody can be you but you
keep movin on through the storm, and you will have a breakthrough!
