See Steven, you must tell the hold story when telling to another man. What you did was to tell half of the truth, which make you a LAIR and a theft but that is what people like you do, some will say this is your nature.

Now in terms of Putin weakness, he suffers from a form of Megalomania, He is trying to restore a soviet- union which is long gone in history. He is intimidating his neighbor in a variety of ways. It is up to The United States of America, to stand up to this TRYRANT.

The two negative comments were not praise for Putin but they were a part of Durbin's same agenda. The three comments of praise were to belittle Durbin's President by raising Putin above him. The two negative comments were to belittle Durbin's President by the inuendo that he's too stupid to see THAT aspect of Putin.
