That is the point, right here, "STRAFING IT." attack repeatedly with machine-gun fire. Those bump stocks, made a semi-automatic weapon do, what it was not lawfully designed to be and that is a fully automatic weapon.

We'll get legislation on bump fire stocks, and we'll also get the Hearing Protection Act. And "domestic terrorist" is a legal term that so far doesn't apply to the shooter. He's a mass murderer.

This is what a DOMESTIC TERRORIST DID:
Did this person commit this act: (A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State, the answer is YES!!!
OR
(B) appear to be intended – (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and (C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.
Any one of these violations' this man took to break the law makes this case a DOMESTIC TERRORISM case.

There is no such thing as a domestic terrorism case, in the legal sense.
This week, we've seen a nation can be terrified without the cause necessarily labeled terrorism.
At this point investigators are still looking a motive for Stephen Paddock, but we have seen other domestic mass casualty attacks where it is clear that the intent is to intimidate and coerce leading some to call for a federal crime of domestic terrorism.
"So, I think it's time for a variety of reasons to have a domestic terrorism criminal statute," said former federal prosecutor Mary McCord, who is now at Georgetown Law.

Currently there is a criminal statute for international terrorism, but not domestic, which McCord thinks needs to be changed in the era of mass casualties.

Domestic terrorism in the United States consists of incidents confirmed as terrorist acts. These attacks are considered domestic because they were carried out by U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents on other American citizens.
Now did that person carried out such an act in Las Vegas?

These difficulties arise from the fact that the term is politically and emotionally charged.[3] In the United States of America, for example, Terrorism is defined in Title 22 Chapter 38 U.S. Code § 2656f as "premeditated, politically motivated violence perpetrated against noncombatant targets by subnational groups or clandestine agents."[4]
There is no indication yet that Stephen Paddock was politically motivated, or the member of any group.

So, this THUG like, DOMESTIC TERRORIST came to Las Vegas, rented a room over looking the faire grounds. This DOMESTIC TERRORIST had those two rooms for all three days of this event. He brought his arsenal up to that room by his self and then when he thought the time was right for killing , before he began committing this Evil act of DOMESTIC TERRORISM, I am sure, that he thought about it..
Now Steve, don't you think that this evidence, that we do know, don't you think that this case fits your first definition of "PREMEDITATED?"
