But here is another real native American perspective from Tucker's show last night.
President Trump resurrected the controversy over his nickname for Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) when he referred to her as "Pocahontas" during a Navajo Code Talker ceremony.
Tucker Carlson spoke to Neesu Wushuwunoag, or "Two Hawks", about the controversy and his own quest to reclaim land now owned by Brown University.
Two Hawks, of the Aboriginal Nations of America, said the Rhode Island school stole the land from his ancestors.
But, he said that a previous interview with Carlson got the school's attention - yet not enough to get his tribe their land back.
Carlson said Warren claimed to be Native American to land a six-figure job at Harvard University, but has not been able to prove such ancestry.
The mainstream media accused Trump of using a "racial slur" when calling Warren "Pocahontas" - the name of a 17th Century Powhatan woman who later was reported to have married pioneer John Rolfe.
Two Hawks said he often struggles with people stereotyping what Natives of the eastern woodlands are "supposed to look like" and found it "insulting" that Warren used the ethnicity for her own gain.
Carlson noted Warren has to-date refused to take an ancestry test.
V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai, a Republican-turned-Independent vying for Warren's senate seat in 2018, said he sent her a DNA test for her birthday this past Summer.
Ayyadurai, a computer scientist, recently posted what appeared to be a screenshot of Warren's refusal to accept the package and its subsequent return-to-sender.

The Navajo Code Talkers are in the process of building The National Navajo Code Talkers Museum and Veterans Center, a highly visible and attractive educational and community Center that will be developed on Navajo Code Talker land, a few miles east of Window Rock.
“Ultimately, the final design for the National Navajo Code Talkers Museum and Veterans Center may contain elements from each of the top five submittals,” Mr. Little said as he proudly showcased the selected conceptual drawings.
The National Navajo Museum and Veterans Center will provide a Museum with an immersive learning environment, featuring interactive exhibits and activities, living demonstrations of the Navajo code and culture, displays on WW2 military history, and classrooms for educational seminars and programs.
The Veterans Center component is envisioned as a community center and a place for veterans from all services and wars to be able to gather and to access all services available to veterans in one place.
The construction and dedication of the National Navajo Museum and Veterans Center will take place over the next several years. Contributions are being accepted and further information is available at: www.navajocodetalkers.org, or email: info@navajocodetalkers.org, or call: (928) 688-5202.

Still on your last question, you said the Navajo code talkers were merely showing respect for the Office of the President. What I saw was great admiration for the Person of the President. We Trump supporters appreciate the joke on Pocahontas, and these Navajo elders, Trump supporters, naturally were far from offended. She said "people of color" which is grammatically equivalent to "colored people". Just like "people of the Navajo" is the same as "Navajo people", who are the subject of the alleged racial slur, not colored people.
