In today's world, warring enemies have changed their tactics over the years, and the battles are no longer fought aggressively on the battle fields,cyber and chemical warfare has been at the forefront for decades now.
To give and example and put it in prospective,we have heard of the desperate vampire psychopath lover, man or woman who stalks and incarcerates the partner in it sick psychopathic world of dependence, with the attitude of I cannot live without you,and if I cannot have you no one else will either, and therefore no one else should have the pleasure of being partnered with you. they in their feeble and weak minds they ascertain to hire someone and to poison or assassinate the individual. Desperation can drive us to commit crime; even murder. Desperation is feeling we can no longer tolerate our situation
This is only an example of many ways psychological desperation can play out.
