Several House Dems urging Whitaker to recuse himself from Mueller probe

The President's move to tap Matt Whitaker as acting AG has faced a lot of criticism over the past week. But today, the state of Maryland is taking that criticism one step further, challenging the President's appointment in federal court. NBC News Justice Correspondent Pete Williams joins Craig Melvin to discuss.
