With 900 armchair prosecutors indicting for obstruction, without benefit of the evidence even, Mueller looks like an absolute imbecile for being unable to make such an obvious and easy prosecutorial decision.

It was Mueller's mission to decide to indict or not indict. It was not his mission to "exonerate" ANYONE!
