The U.S. Navy has acknowledged that a request was made to hide the USS John S. McCain during President Donald Trump's recent state visit to Japan. "A request was made to the U.S. Navy to minimize the visibility of USS John S. McCain, however, all ships remained in their normal configuration during the President's visit," Rear Admiral Charlie Brown, chief of information, said in a statement to NBC News.

Can you believe this 💩: Trump said Wednesday night on Twitter: "I was not informed about anything having to do with the Navy Ship USS John S. McCain during my recent visit to Japan." Trump again denied any involvement on Thursday, but said whoever made the request was "well meaning." Trump tweeted "but said whoever made the request was "well meaning," to who?

Well meaning to Trump but of course Trump couldn't care less about the McCain. It was just a matter of moving a ship, no big deal.

That was childish for the Trump administration to even make such a request, he is the President of The United States of America and he should act like one. WOW!!!

According to this news article states and I quote: "Acting Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan said Friday he’d asked his chief of staff to “look into” the reported request from the White House to move the ship "out of sight" during Trump's visit." The reported request came from some one in The White House, now if that is "NOT" The "Trump Administration" then who's in the White House, Steve? The Russians... LOL!!!

The request came from the White House Military Office, not the President. Shanahan has sent a memo to the White House requesting the military not be politicized in the future.

Ron, you put the blame on the President personally. "That was childish for the Trump administration to even make such a request, he is the President of The United States of America and he should act like one. WOW!!"

Obama made an apology and Trump didn't? Messing with a ship didn't alarm the public. No apology is needed.
