MY REPLY: That Democrat Billionaire President will also take a oath to swore to “protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and that also includes defending the Emoluments Clause of the U.S., found in The U.S. Constitution Steve.
Now let's talk about what's in the Emoluments Clause.
1. What does the Constitution say?
The foreign emoluments clause -- in Article I, Section 9 -- reads, “No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.”
2. What does that mean?
Merriam-Webster defines emoluments as “returns arising from office or employment usually in the form of compensation or perquisites.” Historians largely agree that the original intent of the constitutional provision was to discourage early American leaders from being influenced by gifts or titles bestowed by European governments or royalty.
Now that hypothetical Democrat Billionaire President that you conjured up, out of thin air will also have to deal with that constitutional provision called The Emoluments Clause as well, if he wants that power, which is greater then any private business CEO could ever dream of.

MY REPLY: What past, presidents did in the past was to set up a blind trust while they served the country as president but not this one and that is the reason why Trump BULL💩 of mocking the Emoluments Clause is in the news today.

Ron, Trump never asked Ukraine for dirt on Biden. He asked that Burisma be investigated, and possible involvement from Ukraine in the hack of the DNC server. I couldn't care less about Trump's lack of geographic precision.
