White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany held a briefing with reporters. She was asked about the reports that Russia offered bounties for the lives of U.S. soldiers in Afghanistan as well as President Trump’s tweets concerning the Black LIves Matter movement. Other topics addressed included police reform, the coronavirus pandemic and the U.S.-Mexico-Canada (USMCA) trade agreement.
