It doesn't! It is the same as throwing a hungry dog a bone with not meat on the bone. It doesn't help with the hunger pains. It makes more of a FOOL.
Nothing will do but for White America to hand over the territory from the northern boarders of Tn. and N.C. into the Gulf of Mexico and from the middle of the Mississippi River into the Atlantic Ocean to the NEW Black American race the White slave masters made when slavery began in 1619 When they bred themselves with the first wave of African slaves for 300 years until Pres. Lincoln outlawed plantation slavery but by then over 22 million slaves of a NEW race were existing known today as Black Americans from this breeding process.
