He does not necessarily have to have more wisdom or understanding than anyone else, but he will have more knowledge than anyone else.
Why the lane of wisdom and understanding is open is because one or more who is converted will expand their wisdom and understanding on the knowledge God first gave me farther than I did in my time.
The divine knowledge God gave me is our foundation and starting point.
