It's really sad that the lack of planning and fear caused faulty tests to flood the markets. In absence of a test, one monitors for symptoms and practices the guidelines (social distancing, good hand hygiene, and the wearing of face coverings) plus eating foods rich zinc, vitimins A, C, D,& E boost the immune system. Medical personnel on the front lines treating covid positive patients were seeing results with azithromycin, hydrochloroquin (before FDA put a hault to it) as well used high doses of vitamin C and zinc along with other things depending on the degree of the sickness. There are other things (like probing position) that front lines used but that is not a discussion for here. Deacon Gray, it is a fact that the faulty tests happened on Pres Trump's watch; however, democrats are sadly mistaken if the corona virus is the thing that they will use it to win the White House.

I was just reading on this subject just a few days ago. I am learning how to protect those I love from a virus that can kill. I believe people like myself is online and we are flooding the internet with search results for the best vitamins, foods, and activities to boost your immune system against coronavirus COVID-19. The internet provides plenty of answers—some reliable, others not. The nutrients that seem to relate to immunity include vitamins A, C, D, and E, and the minerals zinc, selenium, and magnesium, according to an article edited by MedicineNet medical editor Melissa Conrad Stöppler, MD.
