Humiliated Trump Refuses to Attend White House Christmas Party After Suffering Major SCOTUS Loss

The Supreme Court tossed a Texas lawsuit on Friday that sought to nullify the 2020 presidential election results in several key states, saying the lawsuit could not challenge President-elect Joe Biden’s wins in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin.
“Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections,” the court said in its order tossing the case, per Bloomberg. “All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.” The lawsuit alleged the four states had improperly manipulated voting rules, thus invalidating their results.
The lawsuit, which was considered a last-ditch effort to fight President Trump’s election loss, had support from the attorneys general of several other states, as well as from at least 126 Republican lawmakers. The Associated Press called support for the suit “an extraordinary display of the Republican party’s willingness to subvert the will of voters.”
And this was a pathetic, desperate last ditch effort for Trump…and it failed.
Trump doesn’t deal with loss very well and apparently he was too humiliated to attend the Christmas Party at the White House Friday night.
New York Times White House correspondent Maggie Haberman reported Friday night that Trump was in no mood to celebrate with White House guests: “At the White House Christmas Party, guests were informed about 10 minutes ago that the president won’t be joining them to make remarks.”
CNN’s Kaitlan Collins reported: “President Trump is in for the night, meaning that unless he responds on Twitter, his next opportunity to comment on the Supreme Court rejection will be noon tomorrow when he departs the White House for the Army-Navy game.”
