DECEMBER 24, 2020 There is a very racist euro-american known as Charles Cyphert who uses the above entitled address as an official address. But he lives at 3254 West 38th street in West Cleveland. Whats interesting about this guy is that he and, from his testimonies in front of multiple people, daughters, along with a female neice called Katey, have been secretly attacking hispanics and blacks throughout Cleveland. Its very unclear how much information is being fabricated against black and hispanic people in Cleveland, but serious attacks from euro-american police is taking place against people of color in West Cleveland. Charles is known by people in East Cleveland, Lakewood, and in West Cleveland. Anyone that knows him calls him one of the most devious and evil white supremacists they have ever witnessed. Charles praises a group of euro-americans who recently made themselves to look black and committed a murder. He also praises those who have killed and hung blacks and hispanics on trees. As stated in previous threads, he normally travel from Euclid, Ohio, to North Ridgeville, Ohio, where his family resides. These areas are places where he conspire against people of color and after they depart tactics are executed. For the past 7 days euro-american police have been targeting black people. Charles is linked to a white supremacist website where racist cops and others plot against people of color. As a result of so many who think like Charles and have been using police to target people of color, on December 22, 2020, police either directly or indirectly harrassed blackmen. Even stores like Whole Foods and Giant eagle Grocery singled out and targeted blackmen. On December 22, 2020, in the evening, two or more euro-american police officers were posted in Giant Eagle Grocery located at: 3060 West 117th street in West Cleveland, Ohio. Camera surveillance will confirm that nearly every black male who walked into the store was placed under surveillance by these cops. The surveillance will show when some blackmen walked into that store cops would walk up to them and try and figure, what it looked like, if the guy had a weapon. Noone could make any sense out of this. The only thing they could figure is that police searched them for weapons from their encircling of those men as they entered the store. Nearly every euro-american that entered the store wasn;t under any surveillance. But from what a couple of honest officers stated, it is usually euro-american customers who will shoplift most. Charles Cyphert bragged about this to people. He claims that he contacts certain of his relatives, make allegations against someone either hispanic or black, and the relatives from their end would make contact with financially stable white supremacist with connections to police departments where they reside. While at the Giant eagle grocery on the 22nd, Cyphert's roommate, who is a blackman, walked into the store to purchase somethings. A blackman witnessed them parking, and he witnesed the blackman walked into the store. He remained in his vehicle and overheard Cyphert telling someone that his roommate was armed. His roommate, a very intelligent blackman, was approached by cops in the store who also walked around him, in front of him, and behind him then entire time he was in the store. It was later stated that Cyphert claims that he is with a group who intends on taking part in a racewar in January of 2020. Cyphert has informed people that he has guns and alot of ammunition for nigg--- and spics. He furthermore informs people that he is more intelligent than people think because he is an Air force Veteran. He makesa people believe that he is older and somewhat feeble, but is behind alot of conspiracies. One hispanic male who sometimes follow behind him in his vehicle ended up at one of his relatives where they were plotting to throw the blackman out and steal all of his furniture. It was further stated that Charles went to the police department trying to get them to get rid of his black roommate because he wanted his furniture. His daughter Sherry, according to Cyphert, who stays in North Ridgeville, was overheard saying that if he was successful getting rid of her father's black roommate she would say all of the furniture he brought into that apartment is what she gave to her father. Fortunately the blackman keeps receipts of everything, and unless those criminals draft some sort of forged documents, there is no way they can get away with this. Keep in mind that all of this is happening outside the knowledge of Cyphert's black roommate. Charles Cyphert is claiming has went as far as claiming that he hasn't gotten any money from his black roommate, in order to get rid of him. But this just isn't true, and according to neighbors, the black roommate informed the Realtor Company which owns the house at 3254 West 38th street in West Cleveland, Cyphert's black roommate was informed of the copnspiracies against him and he replied, "in order for the United States to grow white supremacists must be dealt with. A white supremacist who spreads propaganda isn't as lethal as one who pretends to be the friend of blacks and hispanics. When Middle aged euro-american racists are silenced, only then will the U.S. prosper."

It is horrible that people like Charles Cyphert runs psycholocal mental manipulation against his own children in order for them to believe as he does. And whats worse is that his children and grand children have fell for the race baiting against blacks and latinos. White supremacists who Cyphert visits in other towns outside of Cleveland claims that the race war will occur on or around January 6, 2021. White supremacists are speaking, through Cyphert, claiming that President Trump has organized a resistance against Liberals, And when that resistance unfolds with violence, at this time white supremacists, who have used cyber attacks against people of color, will strike without the knowledge of those people ever knowing they were specifically targeted! Cyphert was told by his family, according to sources who know his family, that he shouldn't have a black roommate when the wars take place. So Charles is doing everything in his power to get rid of his paying black roommate. He has lied on his black roommate, stolen from his black roommate, and plans on conspiring with his family to get rid of the blackman so they can possess his things. They are using police at their deposal and even white supremacist cops say that they will soon go to war against black cops. The plan is to force horrible living conditions for blacks and latinos so that they will have to steal just to feed their families and themselves. In West Cleveland, on December 23, 2020, a blackman found very bloody in which EMS got involved.
Euro-american youth are overdosing alot because they cannot take all of the hate within their midst. Charles have informed many people that he never liked nigg--- and nevertheless nigg-- roommates. He keeps informing all euro-americans to stay away from blacks and hispanics if they know whats good for them. His psychiatric doctors, from what his family have been overheard stating, have prescribed memory medication in order to assure that his remains a conscious opponent. Everyone knows that Cyphert will tell everything he knows about anyone he knows something about. He has even spoke against his children and their children claiming they were thieves, and have stolen thousands of dollars of stuff from him. But he have also told certain white supremacists in Akron/Canton, from a recent visit there that his ex-wife was married to a blackman name Bill who wasm slowly murdered. The illness he died from was one for the books. His daughter name Melissa had children by a blackman. His death is also a mystery. Certain doctors have stated that foul play was involved, but because North Ridgeville is ran by white power freaks who believe that euro-americans should lead the world, those doctors state it would be impossible to make a claim of foul play. If Charles Cyphert's family had any sense at all they would see that he is responsible for problems they are having. But white supremacist belief runs deep. They believe even if he is wrong they will lie, steal, cheat, or kill for their daddy. Thus, Cyphert has corrected other generations who is snitching on blacks and hispanics in a way that cannot be legally challenged. The words of Charles being spreaded around is what convicts is family of racial hatred. One hispanic male who he recently tried buying a truck from claimed that Charles hated his children for having mixed offspring. He hated his ex-wife because she left him for a blackman. So he tried to destroy her name and reputation by saying that she was a drug addict at the time.
Then he went around bragging that his daughters conspired with him claiming that one of Bill's relatives raped them. Charles furthermore claimed that he could buy his children by spending money with them. He told one hispanic female that he spent $160 on 4 fruit baskets for his children for thanks giving. He buys them things as he spreads lies on others and they go for it. He leaves his apartment almost 20 times a day carrying information from place to place about the hispanic neighbors living beneath him along with the black roommate he has. everywhere he goes there is problems between he and people of color. Workers at the Days Inn Motel in Lakewood recently stated that Charles accused a blackman of sticking his hand in his pocket, or other peo0ple of color robbing him. But when they reviewed camera surveiallnce it proved that his claims were unfounded. The incidents never happened! He uses his age and pretends to be disable in certain ways, in order to work on the minds of those who is in his midst. Anyone that knows him can confirm that when he speaks to anyone it is always about someone else. One of his greatest rumors is that there are witches in his family who is helping him. He claims they go to church in order to throw people off. He meets with them every Sunday and fills their minds with illusions and lies. Spells have been cast for Cyphert against certain people of color. He claims noone have evrer followed him to the places where he spreads his rumors. He claims the white supremacist connection is so intense that any unknown vehicle in the area will be photoed and the license plates would be captured. Some people say that this is why Cyphert has wrote down the license plates of people of color and accused them of crimes or activities for the thrill of police harrassing them. Cyphert is one of opure evil and he has said to everyone who knows him over and over again, he would rather be dead before he takes orders from some nigg-- or some spic. He furthermore claimed that the time he was employed at U.S. Cotton, on Industrial Parkway in West Cleveland didn't last an entire day. He was told not to come back to work and Cyphert didn't take that likely.
Workers at U.S. Cotton stated that after Cyphert was told not to come back to work, not long after that euro-american police started running criminal checks on employees. They have made arrests since Cyphert was fired. People like Cyphert is dangerous because he gets in deep with people of color and then tells everything he knows about them to various parties.
