FEBRUARY 12, 2021 Who is Charles Cyphert? Some say he is the most cunning and evil white supremacist liar they have ever met. And because Cyphert and a hispanic couple has joined forces against a blackman living in the same house and other black people spreaded abroad, there have been constant chaos. For those who know Cyphert it has been revealed that he is an informant for either government or military sources. It was also stated that he uses two to three different addresses for his sinister works. It was further revealed that because he have assisted in setting up so many people while in lockdown, the governor of Ohio has lifted the curfew. Trust us, everything is connected even when people think they are not. Those who pretend to be small people may have a hand in some of the most massive events taking place amongst us. One February 11, 2021, in between 2pm and 3:45pm, it was revealed that Cyphert was at a location telling lies on certain blackmen within the area. While he was speaking to the people in their houses, he made it known that a hispanic male who lives in the same house is more of an informant than himself. According to several neighbors in the area of 3254 West 38th street, in West Cleveland, Ohio, Cyphert and his informant cronies are playing a game with everyone who has wifi networks located on their scanners. Cyphert and the hispanic, according to very reliable sources, may sit back in their rooms all day long with certain devices connecte4d to other people'sm wifi. One female stated that when the hispanic who works with Cyphert is accused of hacking others wifi he will either remove the device and take it to his small white car, ot now, because he has a nearly new red truck at his disposal, the devices may be within that truck. Parties who followed Cyphert to the locations he frequented on 2/11/2001, claimed they overheard Cyphert revealing that a hidden camera is nearby which seems to be monitoring only the blackman who resides within the same location. And even though the blackman has committed no crime, nor has seemed to have harmed anyone, because he is black and because he is accused of leaking some information on Blackinamerica.com, deals were made with those who had the time to monitor all of his actions.

Charles Cyphert even joked at his relatives house that when he tell a lie on his black roommate or any black for that matter, the hispanic who stays in the same house, on the lower level, backs up his sinister lies. Cyphert brags to his family, according to a friend of his family, about how he sits back at home for days with the television off just listening to sounds and letting his imagination run away with lies he cannot prove in no court of law! They seem to try anhd trust him and everything they talk about is revealed to someone he knows for insurance. The part, according to sources, had two different moving trucks helping them to move. It was said one was a Penske truck and the other was a Ryder truck. Is those who conspire with Cy correct? Was there other players in voved with conspiracies against certain backmen on West 38th stree in West Cleveland, abnd when their sdources or handlers had enough information the snitches and lying informants were instructed to relocate? Cyphert told several parties that he was to move tom Indiana, but because of information revealing his white supremacy snitching against innocent blackmen, plans continued to change. There are neighbors of Cyphert and his hispanic connection that trust neither he nor his hispanic neighbors. They know something isn't right about them and Cyphert has openly stated that he takes pleasure in watching blacks and latinos suffer.

He have told complete strangers that his own daughters have stolen from him, and that one of his granddaughters robbed him! You accept reality through the electronic medium. All things both real and simulated have had an effect of your brain. All of these words can describe what death is, a sense of loss. When we are gone, we feel nothing, we are alone and we have had enough of our existence. You no longer feel that human touch. He ends up disappearing into a backstage maze of lights and mirrors. Again, there were more subliminal words like “Gone” and “Feel Nothing.” It is a kind of purgatory where he meets these faceless masked hordes. They are like zombies or demons. It is nightmare of a red suited army of men wearing bandages on their faces. He finally finds his way out of the maze and we see the city again but this time it is bathed in thousands of tiny lights. There is the most impressive image of the moon beaming a blue light on what was once a city – now the skyline looks like a graveyard each building now silhouetted as a tombstone. It is like he is indicating that many people will die or that cities will look like graveyards after a moment of chaos. He eventually wraps up the show with all of the strange humans with bandages on their faces laying dead on the ground. It is a message of depopulation and the changes that we will all have to go through to become more than human – transhuman. Ritualism reinforces the concept of life’s meaning and has been part of our lives for millennia. To have them performed in the arena of bread and circuses have an underlying impact and play on the unconscious mind. Even though I have made it a point every year to decode the half time show – it is only one interpretation through my eye. Facts 2: During the Super Bowl show with Ryan Gable, I briefly mentioned the story of Jason and the Argonauts and their encounter with the bronze man of Crete. His name was Talos. You may remember this monster robot in the Ray Harryhausen film, Jason and the Argonauts. Some people give human traits to cars, TVs, microwaves, basically every mechanical and/or electrical thing in our lives is sometimes treated as a human or we habitually act as though it has a personality like a dog or a cat or even a girl friend or boyfriend. But I think computers are in a league of their own, probably because we view them as machines that do the work our brains would normally do and so it is as if they have their own personalities or free will. Human interactions with robots and AI systems appear to be reciprocal and sometimes we see the actions of computer programs as clever facsimiles to that of human to human communication. We see robots on TV like Sophia and say that she looks friendly, or we see other fictional robots like C-3PO or R2 D2 act moody. The idea of a non-metaphorical way to address artificial intelligence by using familiar human attributes and concepts is a well-known topic in Science Fiction. In philosophy, we are thinking in a similar spirit about general concepts like ‘mind’, ‘intelligence’, ‘autonomy’ or ‘social relations’, asking questions about whether we apply the concept of consciousness to artificial systems. How does artificial intelligence relate to human thinking? And if artificial agents or robots can have a mind, shouldn’t we be prepared to treat them as entities with some kind of moral status? This has opened up possibilities for AI and human looking robots to have deep interactions with people, and for the moment they are believing that the computer somehow understands them, psychoanalyzes them, and gives them advice. The question of course is whether this is ethical. Some people even believe that making robots in the image of a human is unethical. Hanson Robotics’ “Sophia” is made to look very similar to humans. But while some scholars dismiss these robots as superficial marketing tools with no intellectual potential, others see in them as a light on the horizon as people walk through that uncanny wintry valley.
There is a worry about how robots and AI systems can become so versatile and knowledgeable that automation will finally free them from needless labor. But while the ultimate goal of robots to replace, destroy or enslave the human race has now become an old meme, people involved in actual human-robot interactions occasionally find themselves speculating about what the robot might actually think about them; Let’s face it, a defining goal of AI and robotics is to build technical artifacts as substitutes, assistants or enhancements of human decision-making and action. For without the aspiration to create tools for automation, optimization and interaction, AI and robotics would not be the significant technologies they are. On the other hand, we sometimes encounter certain kinds of human likenesses in artifacts while interacting with these technologies, and when we do, it is not always clear what to make of it. How far does the likeness between technical artifacts and humans go? Is it a mandatory part of AI and robotics? Can there be kinds of human likeness in technical artifacts that call for an adaption of our behavior towards them? Is it ethical to make a robot like Sophia be so lifelike that you forget you are talking to a machine? We might conclude that philosophy, spirituality and the consciousness argument are, again, thrown back to its original purpose, namely, to think about very basic and general issues in order to clarify them, but without the prospect of actively contributing to technological development.

Update: In the original missive or thread, there was information regardding an informant who resided on Westr 38th street in West Cleveland, Ohio, usingmoving trucks to move elsewhere. Cyphert was speaking with some affiliates who informed him that the Penske truck took no part on the move. It was further stated that small errors like this will be used by both white supremacists and black devils to discredit all correct information.
