FEBRUARY 16, 2021 After writing Part 1, of this missive, it was very necessary to put together a part 2, in order to show just how deep racism is against black people in Cleveland, Loraine, Solon, Mentor, and other parts of northeastern Ohio. A few friends received a large number of phone calls a few days ago about Charles Cyphert, a white supremacist Air Force Veteran who seriously hates and have harmed, in one way or another, black and latino people. Cyphert has two addresses in which he uses, according to sources. They are 3306 west 52nd street and 3254 West 38th street in West Cleveland, Ohio. But there is soon to be a 3rd. Cyphert is a very selfish and evil person who uses lies to manipulate euro-americans in some sort of authority position, in order to get what he wants. Cyphert has a black roommate. The black roommate pays his own way and feeds himself. Unfortunately, Cyphert has told others lies which he cannot prove and because of his deception against the blackman many feel that police and secret societies are involved with the conspiracy against the blackman. As I stated in a previous thread, Cyphert and the blackman moved into a home at 3254 West 38th street two and a half months ago. The blackman, upon moving, payed Cyphert not only money for transporting his furniture and things, but also payed half of the deposit and the first month's rent. Cyphert's intentio0ns, according to many that knew him, was to beat the blackman out of as much money as he could, raid the refrigerator which his black roommate brought into the home, take over his black roommate's kitchen furnioture and appliances, et cetera. It was revealed that Cyphert and one of his daughters wanted to steal some of his black roommate's furniture and made a promise that should the two depart Cyphert would make claims on his furniture and appliances. His daughter would lie and say she gave the furniture to her father, even though Cyphert's roommate job supervisor promised to testify that he held the kitchen table, et cetera, for the black roommate until someone could pick it up in December of 2020. Cyphert would then start to make claims on his black roommate's furniture and even got several parties involved through and by the use of lying. One serious thing which took place was when Cyphert went around telling people he didn't get any money from his black roommate when there are reciepts from Western Union and jobs to confirm he was payed. Certain women who know Charles claim that he was just saving the money because he spoke to people he knew everyday about how he hates staying around so many latinos and had planned on moving for a few months now. Others claim Cyphert uses drugs. Anyway, Cyphert started taking information from place to place, turning people against others, whether euro-american, latino, or black. As it was stated in the original thread, when Cyphert and the blackman first moved into the home Cyphert was suppose to make sure that both of their names were on the lease. He demanded that his black roommate pay half of the bills, but Charles kept himself in the top position of power over the home.

When he would try to sinisterly pick information out of his black roommate, he always made sure he wore two faces. He pretended to be a friend to the blackman, and yet behind his back, he spoke against the blackman, who according to very reliable sources, have been the model roommate and have fed Cyphert and allowed him to use things he purchased. Many women who know Cyphert have claimed that he uses sad stories, often depicting others being the villain, and himelf being the victimized one. He has made it known that if he cannot get something out of black and latinos then there is no need to deal with them. One female who stayed with him at the Days Inn Motel in Lakewood, Ohio, claimed that Cyphert would use a phrase like, ":he was ready to die", just to play on the emotions of another. Charles also, according to people who know his relatives, claimed that hispanics living in the same house at 3254 West 38th street would hack his wifi in which he made a deal with Spectrum Communications to contact his daughter when they felt someone else was using his wifi. Everything he has alleged have been a proven lie and yet he has reached into other counties in Ohio, lying and claiming that everyone was out to get him in some way. However, because of Cyphert manipulating the lease agreement and other things he claims that he was told to do things without letting his roommate know. Apparently other white supremacists, who are in official capacities, have been encouraging him to take rent from his black roommate and then move out of the house unexpectedly, leaving the roommate flabbergasted. Cyphert is a very evil and selfish guy who cares for noone but himself, and this too have been declared by most who know him. Charles Cyphert has a serious problem with telling lies and claiming that people have did this or that to him. So he have secretly met with police and others, telling lies on those he couldn't control, and looking for a way to dehumanize the individual with the verbal support and backing of certain of police officers and others. A female who stays on West 25th street in West Cleveland, claimed that Cyphert would ride around looking to see what people were doing on street blocks or standing at stores, and would then contact others, and before you know it, police would arrest them.
A euro-american male who knows Cyphert claims that Charles Cyphert had something very big in the works and within 30 days Cyphert will move out of Cleveland. Once gone, bad things would happen to those he either worked with police or others against. A hispanic male who stays on the same street as Cyphert claims that one of his relatives told hiom that Cyphert have been setting up blacks and latinos, and when he moves away soon something will happen to those people. There are rumors Cyphert even knows who sells and distributes not only marijuana but other drugs as well. Its a shame that black people aren't protected against racists like him. Someone who recieves rent and assistance with food from a black roommate, and because he is terrorized of his victims getting back at him, he lies claiming that he hasn't gotten anything from his roommates in order to get out of dodge. Who could be so evil? Then there are rumors leaked by someone in Cyphert's family who revealed that he tested positive for coronavirus in 2019. How many people did he infect before he got medication for this illness, and is he cured? And why is he telling many people that he must leave Cleveland immediately! The Realtor who owns the home at 3254 West 38th street, in West Cleveland, has spoken to Cyphert's black roommate in the past and we will see what will be done. Undercover white supremacists should not be allowed to do to blacks and latinos what Cyphert has done and seems to get away with it every time! This is both cruel and evil! Cyphert even have claimed that the Realtor was using the hispanics who reside on the lower level as spies. Would a hispanic give a white supremacist food if he wasn't working with or against him in some way? Why would a hispanic want to deal with a white supremacist anyway? Things that make you go hmmm... Cyphert has even bheen reported telling one of his daughters how he recently broke the lock on his black roommates door and then gave them an inventory of the contents he has within his room. Cyphert even stated that the hispanics living in the lower level beneath he and his roommate, have keys to their home because at one time the hispanic male's mother stayed in the dwelling. Sometimes doors have been opened and things have been either changed or re-arranged when noone was home. The hispanics don't care for certain blackmen and will not tell even if the feds went into one's home. They really got people trained in Ohio!
Cyphert have even been reported as bragging about how blacks are treated much worse on jobs than euro-americans. If a blackman or woman don't show up at work it have been stated that police would be contacted and their homes or places of residence would be invaded by police. We all know that when euro-american police approach blacks and latinos, they almost always demand some form of identification, even if the people are in their pajamas inside their own homes! Racial disparity is a serious problem in Ohio, but the Hate Crime Bill is much worse. People like Cyphert who others claim is a white supremacist control freak and self righteous idiot, and one who refuses to tell the truth when it may paint a clear picture as to what sort of person he really is provides evidence that there is many reasons behind so much racism and hatred in the U.S. Despite how euro-americans are committing crimes against each other, this guy remains racist and prejudice against people of color. His white supremacist connections support what he does and this is another reason why police target blacks and latinos each and every day in Cleveland. Just this past Saturday, a blackman name Dominic claimed he and Cyphert knew each other while at the Days Inn Motel in Lakewood, Ohio. Dominic swore that Cyphert was the most racist white supremacist liar he has ever met. He contended that while he was riding in Cyphert's green van, Cyphert would either flip other motorists off with his middle finger or would scream racial obscenities. Dominic claimed he had no idea that Cyphert was trying to cause problems between he and other black people by being in the midst of a known racist. Dominic further claimed that after he realized that Cyphert would insult others only when he was around him, after he moved from the Days Inn it resulted in Cominic being brutally attacked by other blackmen who didn't know where he stood racially. Cyphert was told that Dominic was brutally attacked and one euro-american female stated that he was without emotion. It takes a very evil person to pretend to like another and then set him/her up like what happened to Dominic.
It has been stated over and over again that Charles Cyphert is a very cunning and highly creative liar. One guy name Woods recently stated that Cyphert has set up so many people of color and have turned them against each other to a point where he intends on leaving Cleveland within 30 days. Cyphert must think that all of the hell he has caused for people of color will have no repercussion once he move out of town. Another hirrible thing is that blacks are being found dead in very odd places. Then there is violence within young black couples which result in a euro-american cop determining who goes or who stays at the homes. Blackmen are being forced to go out into very frigid temperatures and in snow because of so-called domestic disputes. They have to resort to crime just to survive. And for those who break into a place seeking somewhere to get warm, euro-american police force them to leave those dwellings, and yet the only other options offered is homeless shelters in downtown Cleveland, where stabbings and fights occur frequently. People have even complained about being robbed. Others stated that when they alerted authorities to how bad living in shelters were, parties were allowed to conduct their own internal investigations which led to many events being covered up. So many people have swore that Cyphert got a thrill out of every tragedy a black or a latino has. Some people even stated that he himself wish that he could turn a strong blackman into a squatter, or someone who was deceived and tricked to a point where they would had to stay in an abandoned home in order to survive. Like I said, many people say that Cyphert is very evil and have been working non-stop in seeking residence in towns where there are very few people of color. In truth, the entirety of Ohio has white supremacists who are just as ruthless. Blacks are being discriminnated against on nearly every job through temp or Staffing Agencies. Unfortunately, blacks and hispanics in supervisory positions conspire with those companies. And those who complain are blacklisted not to work for those companies again. Companies like Amotec, Safe Staffing, and Integrity Staffing, just to name a few Staffing Agencies in Cleveland, has a list of people who have been blacklisted from working because they complained about racism and brutal laborn practices. If all is well with these places, why is there so many blacks and latinos refusing to work for them? And its not all about drugs, even though the white supremacist who want to blame people of color for something Bureaucrats are responsible for.
There are a legion of Millenials and Generation Z, amongst others, who work for secret societies, syndicates, politicians, et cetera, who are likened unto hounds when it comes to targeting these threads. They are being rewarded for aiding and covering up the many deaths, assassinations, and suicides occurring in all sections of Cleveland, Ohio. Even as this threads is created there are many who will target it like a vampire craving blood! Certain police know whats going on but they claim that there is an evil in all police departments across the U.S. who just don't care. And their strength is being backed by some of the most wealthiest on the planet. Joe Biden would rather go after guns instead of stop all of these deaths police are hiding from the public. Charles Cyphert, like most white supremacists who have done their evil deeds against people of color, soon move to areas where there is high security. These are the real criminals! These criminals are those who cause chaos and is rewarded because of it. People of color is suffering so much that robberies are off the charts in Cleveland. If the statistics were given honestly about whats happening in both East and West Cleveland, people will see that the problem goes far beyond drugs, even though the drugs have been placed in neighborhoods to distort realities. Homelessness is growing rapidly, and there have been quite a few blacks and latinos with U.S. roots who are disabled and claim that Social Security and Judges have denied their claims even though white supremacists and poor english speaking hispanics have been granted relief, even though they have far less physical problems. There have been insiders with Social Security who have stated, off the record, that there were conspiracies against blackmen seeking disability claims. They have watched copnspiracies take place between people who guard the entire disability process and higher sources. They have watched all sorts of coverups take place which is another cause for the many crimes taking place. Millenials and Generation Z, who have ramped up crime sprees by 70%, have been guided by syndicates and secret societies. lets face it, certain black and latino tribes have been targeted and no matter how much evidence is against the conspirers they always manage to find someone who will do anything for money to spy, lie, cheat, opr kill for them!
There is so much going on in Cleveland, and for those of you in other states, it is just a matter of time before this hell reaches you. 5G is causing many females to become sick or sterile and there is nothing anyone is willing to do about it. Women are being manipulated into fighting for equality rights instead of embracing the fact that many females are suffering, going out of their heads, and is dying! These women should be more concerned about who is responsible for establishing movements that has very little to do with so many deaths taking place. The homeless population is growing and people are being forced to sleep in very cold temperatures and in snow. But law enforcement have been trained to say that there are shelters. But what they will not say is that those shelters are not safe. Shootings are occurring almost every night in West Cleveland and the only thing which saved many people from being victimized or killed is the fact they too beared arms. Joe Biden is out to get the guins and people are being told that if there is a problem then contact police! How many neighborhoods are there when police are called because of gun violence it takes them sometimes up to 45 minutes to get to the location? Joe Biden and so many others are clearly out of touch with reality and from their actions, anyone can conclude that they don't care anything about human life. But after Boule Society members and others read this, the information will get to Biden, and he will do some thing that makles people think that he is for them. But as the dust clears others will see that he only does this because it manipulates people into thinking he gives a damn! These demons have been recorded laughing at the tragedies of humans. Even female police dispatchers in west Cleveland have laughed hard at the suffering of black and latino men who committed crimes because they didn't know which way to turn because money was locked down because of jobs being lockdowned under Covid mandates and restrictions.
Whats going on right now is very serious and even politicians, technocrats, and even Biden himself, is more involved with turning people against each other. Even the National Guard have been turned against each other which the local and national news medias are refusing to cover. These demons want what they want and they are causing serious wars in the U.S. to get it. There are race wars, genders wars, and wars of every kind occurring mostly after the sun appears to set. In West Cleveland, Arabs have been arrested for rapes and other crazy crimes. This information isn't being aired or televised because of massive collusion, and only decent police are making it known. Countless very educated blackmen and women, along with latino men and women, knew that the Black Illuminati empowered white supremacy. These black devils stole wealth from black communities which makes them appear to be more in tragedy than any other race. But the trickled down effect is occurring with other races and sub-races which is awakening many. The only thing is that the evil ones are taking things step by step, which seem to confuse the people. Conspire against the black race until you have them where you want them and then take all other races down. If the people actually stood up for one another this wouldn't have happened. But people like Charles Cyphert was trained very well in deception which is why people don't know who their friends are or their enemies. Cyphert has caused so much chaos in East and West Cleveland, Ohio, and now have decided to move to towns where obver 90% of the population is euro-american. He slithers around as a snake and if you aren't paying attention you'll miss him monitoring you! Cyphert, according to so many prostitutes he has badgered, according to the females, is a man not to be trusted. Some of these women have claimed that harm came to Cyphert's own relatives because of things he told others about them, and although he may have acted like he was concerned, after peering deep into his eyes, the females noticed that he was almost relieved something happened to someone he claimed either stole from him, chose another over him, or disagreed with his racist rhetoric.
One of the prostitutes who have done business with Cyphert for some time now claims that Cyphert has daughters who know exactly what type of person he is. Maybe that was the same female who swore that she would make claims on the blackman's furniture, who is Cyphert's roommate. If they cannot con or manipulatea person of color out of their things they'll just get rid of them, with the help of white supremacist cops or other white supremacists in some sort of suthoritive positions. Anyone who knows Cyphert have declared that he talks about everything. he lies alot and he mixes information, but when one does research on what he says they'll eventually find out whats real from the unreal! Some women have been claimed that Cyphert was a pedophile. His roommate at the Days Inn Motel told others how Cyphert looked at child porn daily. Lets face it, the world is being ran by pedophiles which is why people like Cyphert can get away with anything. He doesn't have any felonies on his record because of the pledge made between him and other white supremacists. Conclusively, Cyphert and those with similar trademarks, are only distractions to greater events taking place, and that is soon to take place. When Cyphert moves from the Cleveland area very soon we can almost assure that there will be a very large number of people of color who will be mysteriously approached by police, or others may be victimized and shot! How many white supremacists you know that don't like to go out with a bang? They will always say or do something that will be trickery against some person of color! That is the smaller version of whats placing veils over the eyes of others who can't see the larger picture!

Ever since the COVID-19 lockdowns millions of people across the world have lost their jobs, and trillions of dollars have been wiped off the value of stock markets. COVID-19 pushed many into poverty but brought huge benefits for some of the wealthiest people –as they saw increases in their fortunes making them billionaires in the process. It is a case of the wealthy benefiting from tragedy, and people who were told they were non-essential watched as their stocks plummeted, and elitist businessmen made money off shorting the market. A “short” is when you borrow a stock from a broker and sell it immediately at it’s current price. Then you hope the stock’s price falls such that you can buy the stock back at a lower price and return the shares you borrowed to your broker but keeping the difference. Let's say you want to short company stock which has a current price of $10. You borrow 1 share and sell it immediately at $10. Yyou have $10 now but you owe your broker the 1 share you borrowed. Then let’s say the price of the stock drops to $7. You now decide to “cover” (buy it back) your short position and buy 1 share at $7 and return the 1 borrowed share to your broker. You made $10 when you sold and only had to pay $7 to buy it back lower, so your profit is the $3 difference. But now let’s say that instead of the stock price dropping to $7, it goes to $15. You still need to return the 1 borrowed share to your broker, except now it’s going to cost you a lot more to buy it back. If you buy it back at $15 so you can return the borrowed shares, your losses will be the $5 difference between selling at $10 and re-buying at $15. Since the price can rise indefinitely, your potential losses as a short seller are unlimited. At some point you have to buy it back to return the shares you borrowed. The more the price rises, the bigger your losses.
If you bet on a short with a trending loss you win, if it all of a sudden spikes you take a huge loss, it is how the game is played. But the poor who have been ravaged by lockdowns and business closures got smart and they declared a revolution without firing a shot. History was made yesterday that has exposed the stock market and how its manipulations can shut down the little guy and show that the free market is a scam. It was all initiated on a sub-group of Reddit known for its unorthodox interest in stock markets, video games, and vaguely populist politics. Purposely targeting the stock of a company that had long been written off by Wall Street and which short sellers had decided to ravage the video game retailer GameStop these small investors, many apparently working class or debt-ridden, banded together to drive up the stock price of that company into the stratosphere, abruptly leaving the hedge fund short-sellers with billions of dollars in losses. It is a case of ordinary people united to brilliantly beat Wall Street at its own game, thereby transferring plutocratic wealth back to the public. Oligarchs and their media spokespeople spent all day on CNBC and other pro-Wall-Street outlets expressing outrage and demanding government intervention to protect them from what they regard as this grave injustice. I say that perhaps this is the best way to start a real revolution—a nonpartisan way to expose how Wall street operates – but it will unfortunately come at a cost and I am sure there is no strategy for a what next – only a huge what now from investors and a ploy from the elite that will expose them as the fascists controllers they are.
This is not between left vs right, conservative vs liberal. This time it’s political along the class line that separates Billionaire from the underclass, the rabble – the people who were never supposed to win may suddenly have at least a few billionaires on the run. Finally, the poor have learned how to eat the rich which is a far cry from what we saw 10 years ago. In September of 2011, the Occupy Wall Street movement emerged at Zuccotti Park in New York City’s financial district against the deepening global economic inequality following the Great Recession and the protests quickly spread to other cities and continents. In just a few months, the sit-in was expelled from Lower Manhattan and the anti-capitalist movement itself largely was diverted towards reformism and away from its original radical intentions. There were some of the occupiers that realized that they had been lured into becoming useful idiots in a plan that was not effective at teaching the Wall Street elitists a lesson. Later the scam began to unravel and the origins of the Occupy Wall Street movement was part of a huge marketing campaign traced to Adbusters – a media foundation that survived on grants from the Tides Foundation Progressive Policy Center which receives significant endowments from none other than George Soros and the Open Science framework group.The atmosphere at the park occupation was at best like that of a city dump, where drug addicts and vagrants found a place to just hang out. Sometimes violence would break out between occupiers and police. It was a mess — it was obvious that whatever goals they had they were not met. People were shocked that the movement had any success at all and wondered how so many people could band together for a protest of this magnitude. It was simple really — Facebook was responsible.
Occupy groups recruited over 170,000 active Facebook users and more than 1.4 million “likes” in support of Occupations. By October 22, 2011 Facebook pages related to the Wall Street Occupation had accumulated more than 390,000 “likes”, while almost twice that number, more than 770,000, have been expressed for the 324 local sites. Most new Occupation pages were started between September 23rd and October 5th. On October 11th, occupy activity on Facebook peaked with 73,812 posts and comments to an occupy page in a day. By October 22nd, there had been 1,170,626 total posts or comments associated with Occupation pages. This is how a movement can grow exponentially using the internet. Ten years later the war against Wall Street has resurfaced and this time internet users have gotten smarter as they attempt to break the bull. The majority of people never play the stock market and those who do are maybe a little confused as to what is happening. Well to put it simple terms – David slew Goliath, in a sense. So, in order to explain this, I want to be thorough so that everyone can see how it all affects you —In a nutshell, Hedge Fund billionaires took out a massive short position on the company, GameStop. A group of some very smart computer nerds called redditors on a subreddit called “wall street bets” called their bluff. They drove the stock up to the tune of thousands of a percentile in order to force those hedge fund elitists to liquidate billions of dollars in losses while the merry band of redditors got rich. It was literally a war that was declared on the elite – which is far more productive than camping out in parks and whining about being stuck in the 1%, This is the most effective way to occupy Wall Street. Millions of stuck-at-home day-traders are using their US government stimulus checks and savings to coordinate market moves to push up the price of small stocks being heavily shorted by hedge funds, and even blowing the latter up in the process. It is a case of the underemployed and the unemployed using the internet and new trading platforms like robin hood to destroy the kings of american finance. This is what happens when tens of millions of people are locked down and given stimulus checks to play with. But it’s also what happens if tens of millions of people grow up seeing that outside of Wall Street (and Tech), there are no jobs that pay as well and tax as little as playing with asset prices; when TV is full of ads for stock-trading and how amazing it is to be rich– you get some smart people –who want to send a message — the message has been set and the elite do not like being kicked by the little guy.
Nobody on Wall Street really cares about a crowd with signs outside an office building saying ‘Occupy Wall Street’, it seems: the system just carries on regardless. This time things are going to change. We are never going to go back to the old ways of doing business and wall street knows this and now what they are proposing is going to destroy the free market. The Billionaire elites know that they do not have a monopoly on manipulating the market so they are going to do everything in their power to go after you and people like me who are not on the side of the billionaire elite. What has happened is that the free market has been exposed as a myth. If the average American suffers a loss, that’s a darn shame. If big players suffer a loss, shut everything down! Ironically is the game has stopped — the system is exposed as rigged — it is the “Gamestop Rebellion.” The system is structured so that Joe Public loses, and the Establishment always wins, even if they have to change the rules or endlessly move the goalposts to do it. Wall Street only cares about the rules when they are attacked, The elites are now angry, and they want to get their control back — they are crying out for the State to take control. They want regulation — which simply put is the true form of fascism or a fascist economy. Looking at the slippery slope — if the elite decide to regulate the free market — you can bet that they will not stop there. This all falls in line with what they have been striving for in this great reset — now they have an excuse. Now they have something they can exploit. They could go after bank accounts seize them or shut them down without notice. We are now bearing witness to what happens when the people rebel — and the answer is old fashioned fascism — not the fascism that is defined purely by those who have a partisan agenda like Antifa– the real old fashioned kind defined by Italian fascist Benito Mussolini. Mussolini held that liberalism (by which he meant freedom and free markets) had “reached the end of its historical function,” Mussolini wrote: “To Fascism the world is not this material world, as it appears on the surface, where Man is an individual separated from all others and left to himself…. Fascism affirms the State as the true reality of the individual.”
Fascist thought acknowledged the roles of private property and the profit motive as legitimate incentives for productivity—provided that they did not conflict with the interests of the state. Mussolini’s fascism took another step with the advent of the Corporative State, a supposedly pragmatic arrangement under which economic decisions were made by councils composed of workers and employers who represented trades and industries.
