Opinion: Here's a roadmap for the Justice Department to follow in investigating TRUMP.
Now that TRUMP is out of office, the DOJ's view that sitting presidents cannot be indicted any longer shields him. If we are to maintain our democracy and respect for the rule of law, efforts to overturn a fair election simply cannot be tolerated, and Trump's conduct must be investigated.

Would Trump try to do was overturned a duly elected process because he thought he should have won but the people of the United States said no and the Constitution of the United States prevailed in that case, the State supreme courts prevailed and the way we pick electors prevailed.
As far as electors goes, Trump lost by a landslide.

Steve, these are the electives 306-232 Electoral College votes and the goal was to reach 270 which Trump never got close to in this 2020 Presidential Election. Trump got 232 Electoral College votes Trump needed 38 Electoral College votes to qualify for the position of President of The United States of America. This is how we the people elect our President.
Trump did NOT qualify and this system is what you want to change, WHY?
