ICYMI: "OAN: Maricopa Latest with Sonny Borrelli" (34 hits)
SUBJECT
ICYMI - OAN: Borrelli....pleaded guilty to "class 1 misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge tagged with
domestic violence" on his wife.....and served in prison.
He...explained that his then-wife had been experiencing a "meltdown" and "psychotic episode",
......that her injuries had been self-inflicted.....
Borrelli’s ...child, told police he watched Borrelli
“punch his mom in the mouth/face with a closed fist three times in rapid succession.”
..... Borrelli repeatedly told officers that he was “just trying to get the f*** out of the house.....”
One officer reported she’d “been bleeding from the mouth and her lips were swollen and bruised.”
Lake Havasu Municipal Court judge issued..order of protection against Borrelli on behalf of his wife.

Addendum: Borrelli's campaign consultant, Constantin Querard, has provided a letter from Borrelli's stepson, now a Marine staff sergeant. He says his mother is a "broken person" who suffers from mental illness and that he lied to police that night, telling them "exactly what my mother instructed me to say."
"Sonny never struck her. He only defended himself from one of the violent side effects of one of her rages and tried to restrain her from hurting herself and others," he wrote.
He went to describe Borrelli has a great father, who raised him from the age of 6.
"Sonny is a Marine and he passed on to me the values that have made me a Marine," he wrote. "We sacrifice for each other without thinking, like Sonny did so many years ago to keep both of my parents from being arrested on the same night and sending me and my brothers to foster care."

WASHINGTON – Donald Trump urged the Justice Department to say publicly that "the election was corrupt" even as its top officials tried unsuccessfully to convince him that claims of widespread voter fraud were false, according to newly released documents about conversations between the former president and the agency's leadership.
"Just say that the election was corrupt + leave the rest to me and the R. Congressmen," Trump said in a December phone call with former Acting Attorney General Jeff Rosen, according to handwritten notes of the conversation.
