Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy showed a video of the atrocities, allegedly committed by Russia in Bucha, Ukraine, at the UN on Tuesday. U.S. ambassador to the UN Linda Thomas-Greenfield, who was in attendance, tells Joy Reid, “It was horrific.”
