Washington Examiner Pro-Second Amendment New Black Panther Party speaks out against rising crime Luke Gentile - Yesterday 11:44 AM Pro-Second Amendment New Black Panther Party speaks out against rising crime Mississippi leaders of the New Black Panther Party spoke out against black-on-black violence and the crime crisis gripping their community Tuesday. "Black people shouldn't be killing black people, under no circumstances," member Steven Harris said during a press conference in Jackson, Mississippi. "You have to love your people." "We just had a 5-year-old baby get killed at a convenience store," Potts said. Tuesday's remarks come less than a month after the New Black Panther Party called for an end to gang violence in minority communities. “Let’s not be our own worst enemy. Let’s be creative. Let’s build," New Black Panther Party's General Taylormade said, according to a report. "Let's provide a better future for the youth. Instead of allowing them to deteriorate, we have to set the tone. We can’t sit back and say, 'It’s not our problem.' Gangs need to put down their guns and community members need to combat the hardships faced in underrepresented areas, the group said. "Put the guns down. Stop killing your people. Learn how to unite in your community," Harris said.

Do you know what the equal act is about Robert?

..equal act introduced in 2021..Will not pass and is a waste of time and resources.. ..and I agree that "crack cocaine" has been and is the most destructive drug to African American Communities “The statistics are quite clear concerning the effects of crack cocaine, and crime generally, on predominantly black communities,” “For example, in 1994, 74 percent of emergency room admissions for crack-related problems involved blacks. Furthermore, blacks compose 69 percent of admissions for treatment for crack abuse, whereas whites account for only 24 percent.” The Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1986 created a 100:1 ratio for sentencing people who were caught with crack cocaine versus powder cocaine. According to the U.S. National Library of Medicine, black people are more likely to use crack cocaine, so the law had a disproportionate effect on nonwhites. The law was partially crafted and advocated by then-Sen. Joe Biden.... As the head of the Senate Judiciary Committee in the late 1980s and early ’90s, Biden did not just support the war on drugs and mass incarceration. he wrote many of the laws that helped build a punitive criminal justice system. ..included measures that enacted more incarceration, more prisons, and tougher prison sentences for drug offenses, particularly crack cocaine. *************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** This "mind" is a 19th Century mind and MUST get out the way of the MIND of CHANGE...President of the Senate Mrs. Kamala Devi Harris
