This is the time to revisit this law because Marijuana is not on the same level as heroin. The term used that keeps popping up is the term "Simple Possess" what is the meaning so, I did some research: WHAT IS (SIMPLE) POSSESSION? Answer: (Simple) Possession is a term that refers to a drug charge in a weight of drugs generally considered to be intended for “personal use.”

Now the next thing that came to mind was "Weight, how much is that?" THE ANSWER IS: the weight threshold is twenty-eight grams (one ounce) or less of marijuana or ten grams or less of hashish.

I understand this subject a little better now.
