He did Ron. He said he knew what Putin was going to do, and promised there would be no boots on the ground in Ukraine. To Putin, that was all the invitation he needed. Then Biden refused to do the one thing that would have prevented the massacre of those civilians, a no-fly zone. The blood of those murdered is every bit as much on Biden's hands as Putin's. Biden thinks he's some kind of war hero. In fact, he's a war criminal.
