Dominion and Donald Trump put Fox News between a rock and a dumb place With Dominion Voting Systems’ defamation case against Fox News set to begin, my friends at the network, of whom I have none, find themselves in a bind. They’re wedged between a known lie they promoted – the preposterous claim that voting machines “rigged” the 2020 election against former President Donald Trump – and the ever-needy, endlessly noisy former president himself, who wants Fox News to keep lying so he can keep believing he won, and keep fleecing suckers who share that belief. It seems clear the alleged news organization’s best option was to settle the case, admit the network promoted the enormous lie that the 2020 election was stolen and start moving tractor-trailers filled with cash to Dominion’s headquarters. With the trial expected to start Tuesday in Delaware, that doesn't appear to be happening. I'm not stuck in the past like you are Ron. I'm one of those who turned away from Fox and turned on OAN when they told their lie about Biden winning Arizona. Biden did not win Arizona. We now know that the election was rigged by mail-in voting. I still wouldn't trust Dominion and it has nothing to do with Tucker, who is a great journalist.

Biden could not have gotten 81 million votes without the violation of mail-in voting laws. I personally witnessed that violation here in Pennsylvania, as I've told you before Ron. In 2024 we'll fight fire with fire.

Pennsylvania, was called for Biden. Biden’s win in Pennsylvania was a dramatic, though not unexpected, turn after Trump jumped out to an early Election Day lead of 675,000 votes and prematurely declared he had won the state.
History will say that you are wrong, "BIDEN WINS PENNSYLVANIS" is clear.

(AP/KDKA) - The U.S. Supreme Court invalidated a lower appeals court decision Tuesday regarding how rules for mail-in ballots had been applied in a Pennsylvania election, adding an element of uncertainty about voting procedures four weeks ahead of the state's high-stakes elections for governor and U.S. Senate.
The justices vacated a decision in May by the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that had said mail-in ballots without a required date on the return envelope had to be counted in a 2021 Pennsylvania judge race.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court handed down several voting-related decisions Thursday that are likely to help Democrats this fall.
The court extended the deadline for accepting mail ballots, will allow voters to submit their ballots through drop boxes, and removed the Green Party's candidate for president from the ballot.
The decisions come less than two months before Election Day and as a flurry of election-related lawsuits continue to pile up around the country.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania relaxed controversial verification rules for the processing of mail-in ballots last week in a decided victory and boon for voting rights advocates. The decision also short-circuits a voting access lawsuit already in progress.
Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar (D) issued guidance to counties that local election officials cannot perform on-the-spot signature analysis. Effectively, this means that ballots cannot be rejected because an election official believes the voter’s signature on a ballot envelope does not match the signature on file.

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — In the shadow of an increasingly strident presidential campaign, Pennsylvania’s House of Representatives approved changes to the state’s fledgling mail-in voting law, but in highly partisan fashion Wednesday.
The Republican-penned bill passed, 112-90, on a near party-line vote in the battleground state where President Donald Trump’s campaign and the Democratic Party are already in court seeking favorable decisions on how Pennsylvania’s mail-in voting should be administered in the Nov. 3 election.
The vote came after a fruitless summer of discussions between Republican lawmakers and Gov. Tom Wolf, a Democrat, on a compromise to fix gray areas and glitches exposed in the June 2 primary election in Pennsylvania’s mail-in voting law.

I asked you for proof about the last Presidential election, Steve.
Did you see that Pennsylvania expanded mail voting with a 2019 law that was heralded as a bipartisan compromise since it was passed by the Republican-controlled state legislature and signed by Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf. It later became a target for Republican criticism when then-President Donald Trump falsely criticized mail voting as a source of widespread fraud.
Why are The Republicans running from the work, they did all because of what TRUMP said?

Ron, people will cheat when they can and mail-in voting gives them the opportunity to vote anonymously. There is no way to verify the identity of a voter in the same way there is for in-person voting.
