Here’s An Interesting Thought

Here’s an interesting thought, what if the Iran War, was actually a vehicle to bring about massive societal change and chaos? What if it wasn’t just hubris, stupidity or failure to grasp history that is driving this misadventure? What if there were forces and entities taking advantage of Trump’s hubris and manipulating events so they have a deleterious and devastating effect on the US Empire?
On February 28, 2026 Donald (Wyllie E. Coyote) Trump along with Israel launched an unprovoked attack on the sovereign nation of Iran. This act of wanton aggression was part of an act of perfidy, deceit and mendacity whereby Trump sent emissaries to negotiate with Iranian representatives knowing full well the US was going to launch an attack on them in the near future.
Trump did this twice and both times he initiated acts that blew up in his face. The Twelve Day War last June went so badly for Israel, Israel took such a pounding they were forced to call on Trump to press for a ceasefire. But Trump and Netanyahu spun it like the US and Israel had won decisive victories, obliterating Iran’s capacity to wage war. But was a lie.
I call Donald Trump Wyllie E. Coyote because like the Looney Toons cartoon character Wyllie E, Coyote, all his schemes have a way of blowing up in his face; and like Wyllie E Coyote he never learns from his past. His two assaults on Iran blew up in his face, one is still ongoing and he hasn’t learned any lessons from his actions.
We are seeing Iran standing up to the bullies, fighting back, holding its own despite suffering massive damage to its civilian infrastructure and its population. Iran is wreaking major havoc on US military bases in the region, knocking out their radar facilities and defensive capacities, hitting Israel and the Arab nations who host US bases hard. Things are going sideways for Trump. The US and Israel have depleted their anti-drone and missile defensive capabilities and Iran his sending wave after wave of drones and now their advanced missiles at Israel to the point Tel Aviv is starting to look like a bomb out Gaza! In response the US and Israel hit back harder. If all you have is a hammer you treat everything like it’s a nail!
Things are so bad the US cannot protect its’ Gulf State allies because it is spending what’s left of its THAAD and Patriot missiles to protect Israel. To accomplish this Trump was forced to transfer missiles from the Pacific where they protect Taiwan, South Korea and Japan to the warzone in Israel. By doing this the US is sending a clear message they prioritize Israel more than they do their allies in the Pacific and Gulf regions! How do you think this is going over with the allies?
To make matters worse, Iran is attacking the American Empire where it can do the most damage, its economic standing. Iran is choking off the Strait of Hormuz the strategic twenty-one mile wide, one hundred-four mile long entrance into the Persian Gulf. This checkpoint is where over twenty percent of the global oil supply oil and most of the world’s natural gas get to the global market! Iran has effectively stopped the flow of oil and natural gas to the world! This means Europe and Asia will suffer because of Trump’s foolhardiness.
It gets worse, the US Navy has been forced to withdraw to distances beyond the reach of Iranian drones and missiles and it admitted it’s too dangerous to even try to escort tankers through the Strait of Hormuz. The Houthis are threatening to block the Red Sea which would worsen the situation as far as supply chains and global disruptions are concerned.
Things are so bad Trump begged Europe, China and Japan to help him get the Strait open and provide military escorts through the Strait, they all said no! So, then Trump was forced to lift sanctions off of Russian oil just so oil would be available for the global market! Putin must be getting big chuckles out of this.
Worse yet China is getting a free pass. Its tankers transit the Strait of Hormuz at will. There is nothing the US can do about it! To add insult to injury Iran is allowing some vessels through but they have to pay in Chinese currency, the Yuan! This is undermining the Bretton Woods agreement and supplanting the US Petrodollar as the world’s reserve currency! Guess what? Some countries are negotiating individually with Iran to pay in Yuan so their ships can get through. Talk about a blow up in our face moment! Wyllie E Coyote must be empathizing with Donald Trump right about now.
This is a enormous blow to the American Empire, all because Wyllie E Coyote partnered with Israel to attack Iran. But here’s a thought; what if all this wasn’t just battling eschatologies, Trump’s bumbling or inanity, what if this was part of a plan to take down the American Empire? I don’t have enough space to elaborate here, just stay tuned.
