Again I was watching C-span, and the guest was Washington Times Executive Director, John Solomon. He came on 2 talk about his new studies and findings of veterans reactions post war. He found that most veterans who if they didn't smoke going into the military, 9 times out of 10 they came out being heavy smokers. Suicides among veterans have increased dramatically since 2006, and there have been many episodes of veterans hallucinating.
There is a program designed 4 veterans, paid 4 by the government and American taxpayers, that allow the soldiers 2 be experimented on 4 a payment of $30 dollars a month that can go towards schooling or other bills. ( What kind of school can you pay 4 with $30 dollars a month....let alone a bill? And how are veterans going 2 focus in school with all of these side effects from medication and experimenting?) How do you like that! These veterans have put their lives on the line 2 defend our country, and the government thinks they're only worth $30 dollars a month 2 inject chemicals in their body 4 experiments. Included in the program, are anti-smoking sessions that you sign-up 4. The medication given 2 smokers is called, Zantax.
Veterans were calling into C-span reporting that the med Zantax, made them hallucinate and want 2 commit suicide. Other's expressed their feelings by saying they felt like lab rats, guinea pigs and disposable hero's. The wife of a veteran who was deployed in 1995, said her husband was experimented on, and afterwards thought he saw little men and tried 2 jump out of a window. She claimed she tried 2 receive help, but talking 2 the authorities of the program, was like talking 2 a brick wall. More side effects of the drug is, heavy drinking and violence.
Another veteran called in and said he goes 2 his program at the VA Hospital in, Vanderbilt. He stated that the medical students perform the treatments, but can't even write a prescription 4 medication. There is only one doctor on site at all times 2 rectify a situation. He also said that he was never told about a $30 dollar a month payment 4 the program. But, he was told that if he didn't comply and take the drug 4 their experiment, that he would have all his other medications withheld.
Some veterans were even experimented on and had no idea! Let's not 4get the Black Tuskegee Airmen who were experimented on without their consent and was injected with, Syphilis. The government lied 2 the 6 black airmen and told them that they just had bad blood, while they continued their studies. The 6 men not knowing the seriousness of their problem, then infected their wives who had children with horrible conditions. The Tuskegee experiment was the most shameful episode in the history of the U.S. Public Health Service. President Bill Clinton apologized on behalf of the nation in 1997.
The Pfizer Pharmaceutical Company has government representatives inside the military that perform these experiments. The greed of the pharmaceutical industry allows them 2 ignore side effects and any other mishaps, as long as the money keeps rolling in.
This is absolutely horrible! It seems as if greed, oil and power has overtaken our country in exchange 4 the sacrifice of innocent lives. It's like we're at war amongst ourselves. Fighting against ourselves and keeping each other down. How can we remain the most powerful country, if our own governmental leaders are fighting against their own people? I had no idea that when our military veterans came home, that this is how they were suffering. They're being used and abused by the hands of the government. President Bush opposed any funding 4 medical and education benefits 4 veterans. That should tell you right there who's side the government is own. Obviously, not ours.
