I see the marvelous efforts people are making to register people to vote. But, what are we doing to convert those people into stronger economic entities. Look at what is happening with Lehman Bros. There are going to be a lot of Japanese who are going loose their fingers and maybe commit seppuku, the ancient Japanese tradition of ritual suicide, aka hari kari.
The point is we have had years of voter registration drives. We are making some major political successes, but we are still at risk if we don't develop a strong economic base. We only have a limited window of opportunity. Become a Black Business Builder and let us prepare for uncertain financial future.
