http://www.theroot.com/id/48123?GT1=38002 shows Black America how the Republican Party has already started to attack them and all the tricks they are going to use to suppress the vote. These attacks have been proven to work against Black America since 1964 elections. The 2000 election between Gore and Bush the Republican Party used the tactics in the article to suppress the Black Vote in Michigan, Louisiana, Florida, Virginia and Ohio. They do this by creating chaos on Election Day by harassing African American voters on Election Day. If a person doesn't have the proper state identification the Republicans will send someone to the voting poll location in that Black area and challenge the person’s identity. They also send mass mailings to African American communities to change a person voting location causing Chaos in the election process. I think that knowing what the enemy is planning is a great tool in making sure we don’t get caught flat footed during this election. Again these black chaos tactics by the Republican Party have already started in some states in the article and might have been very successful in the past, but we as Black America must NOT let this happen this time. This is our time and Change is in the Air for Black America.
