Raise Your Awareness (1451 hits)

After being becoming aware of our surroundings, we must take another important step by raising our awareness. This means taking the time to really feel, instead of just going through the motions.

Our body is only a small part of what we are, our mind is only another part, and our soul is the last part that makes us complete. In order for us to reach our full potential we have to combine the 3 to face the things that we are aware of as a whole being.

Put your mind into it writing that book, put your body into your favorite sport, and put your soul into your desire to make an impact in life. Truly feel what you are doing. This is raising your awareness to levels that you might have thought were impossible. Growth is important in all aspects.

"To be aware is to be alive...But if you are not growing, you are slowly dying."

Pull your all into the day,

SG

"Few are those who see with their own eyes and feel with their own hearts."

-- Albert Einstein

Take awareness to new levels. Explore experiencing yourself in the act of being aware. Be aware of awareness itself. To do this, we need to go beyond our old mechanical patterns, compulsions and rejections. We need to uproot the arrogance of ego.

Higher awareness is conscious of spirit and form working together. We must be conscious and present within before we can tune in to the guidance of our soul. Develop awareness to hear the subtlest whispers of intuition through your thoughts, feelings and sensations.

"Most of us are in touch with our intuition whether we know it or not, but we're usually in the habit of doubting or contradicting it so automatically that we don't even know it has spoken."

-- Shakti Gawain

This is so right on time. And, yes, when we beginto listen to our intuition and follow it, we will find ourselves elevated to a new level. That is wisdom that takes discipline and commitment to self.
