When Jesus was hung on a cross
And died for MY sins

I wasn't there
When Hitler killed the Jews

I wasn't there
When America fought in Vietnam

I wasn't there
When the Indians were forced
To leave their lands

I wasn't there
When slaves were beaten
Tortured, hung and died.

I wasn't there
When Japan bombed Pearl Harbor

I wasn't there
BUT I DO CARE!!!!!!!!!

I wasn't there,
BUT I'M HERE NOW!

What difference can I make?
I can teach my kids not to hate
Anything but EVIL!
And change the world through their
LOVE
And educate themselves
To not make the same mistakes as
