How Do You Plan To Finish This Year Strong?
"By revisiting my initial goals for the year and accomplishing one of those goals. Also, I plan to give my marketing plan a boost!" Interviewed by Chris Gloss 10/23/08

What book have you read that changed your life?
"The Bible. Really, I read the Bible daily. The book of Proverbs is my favorite book. I love wisdom since God says to seek it, I do daily. My next book will be on wisdom for teens. It's time we teach them the true things of God. My own book, Pray Before You Vote! Jesus Is Not a Democrat or a Republican, Jesus Is Lord! While writing it, God showed me that we have put our focus on man's system instead of His. This book will inspire, enlighted and motivate others to seek God for wisdom, hear what He's saying at this hour and not be duped by political marketing strategies. I'm created by God, with a purpose to inspire and bless those that I come in contact with. I bless them with knowledge, skills, and motivation to do and be all that God has created them to do and be!

I'm married to Rodney Williams and we have 3 children: Ryan, Jordan and Kendall. I'm the Area Chair of Mathematics and Technology at the University of Phoenix, Augusta campus. I have over 15 years of experience including college internships and co-ops in technology: programmer, trainer and web development. I'm the author of Pray Before You Vote! A book urging Christians to seek God before they vote in this election.

I'm a graduate of Claflin University where I earned a basketball scholarship. I was also voted Miss Homecoming and Miss Claflin and appeared in Ebony Magazine in 1994 in the Black College Queen section. I earned a MBA with a concentration in Information Technology from Keller Graduate School of Management. I also have a B.A. in Biblical Studies from the Deliverance School of Ministry.

I love discussing the word of God, ministering the word of God, teaching, training, traveling, connecting, learning from others and inspiring others.

Everything that you see above has a parallel message behind it. You see the accomplishments, but God opened the doors. The favor of God was at work every step of the way! It was a parallel movement of lessons and blessings going on at the same time.

Why Are You Concerned About Black America:

I'm very concerned about Blacks in America. I'm an African-American who is focused on educating Blacks at a University level. I provide solutions to help blacks excel in education and standardized testing. I care about the lack of Diversity in Corporate America and the unequal pay of Blacks. I'm also concerned about our Healthcare and the money to pay for it.
