Miss charity is educating young minds and causing every listener to realize the power of well timed, wonderfully spoken, and thought provoking words. With everything in her, she plans to speak word until she has no more words to speak, and until listeners become followers of a movement that consist of giving this generation a way to exhale all of chaos they’ve inhaled for years. Recently stepping onto the poetry scene, she performs at events, such as Fusion at Cal State Fullerton University, mixers, open mic nights in Southern California, banquets, birthdays, and, churches, Charity gets a joy in hosting her family center poetry night in Moreno Valley, California. Miss charity is taking the art of poetry beyond the revolutionary hype it has been minimized to. With one poem at a time, Charity is letting truth be heard thru verse and rhyme.
I desire to be a voice for a generation of people who cry silent tears shown through loud actions. I will fulfill this desire through education, activism, singing, acting, and poetry.

Why Are You Concerned About Black America:
African Americans have been so mis educated and we havent realized the power that we've had to operate in spite of what we have been thru. We have lost our identity and tend to look to others for answers to the questions of our identity. We must understand the beauty in who we are. Those who know who we are as a people feel the need to ask others for permission to be who we are as a people instead of living unapologitically as a unique people that we are. We have failed to value ourselves and have reached a point of complacency and have accepted for mediocrity for ourselves. More to come......
