My BlackInAmerica.com Profile
Why Are You Concerned About Black America:
Grace and peace to each of you all my Fathers children. I am a pastor in Virginia and has been for some 12 years now. As being a young black American pastor and see the decay of my local community it sometimes sadden me becuase we as black folk complain about our communities and how its decaying but yet we do little if nothing to help to its rebuilding. We can never change History as pertaining to our upbringing, our families, and where it was that we was raised but we can change and have influence on our future. But that will only happen predicated upon what we do in our present. Take what little resources that you have, reading, writing, singing, painting, cutting grass, etc. and place them in the Hand of God and watch HIM add to what you have and create something long lasting and beautiful. Little becomes much when we oplace them in the hand of The MAN (God)! So let us Pray for Barak Obama and pray that he allows the Influences of a Greater Him (God) to cause Black America to Rise to its proper place in this american World First and then to the uttermost parts of The World. Because being black isnt good enough but being Black and wise will get the job done even on the worst economic days! So to all my fellow brothers and sisters who too is concerned about black america, let us be assured of this one thing that if our anchor holds and grips the solid rock, then when every thing and everybody else has fallen we will yet be standing and marching on till Victory Is Won!

Hello,
I hope this message isn't too abrasive, just wondering if you'd do me the favor of checking out my new album at www.je-music.com. I'm a 20 year old saxophonist from MD. The album is a blend of gospel, jazz, and r&b, and has received great reviews from luminaries such as Kirk Whalum and Marcus Miller.
If this message offends in any way, please accept my most humble apologies...just trying to get word out about the album.
Thanks for the time...
--Joe
