Why Are You Concerned About Black America:

Because I as a Correctional officer see to many of our young Black men coming into prisons and I speak and talk to these men on a daily basis.I want to help this trend to stop.I try to treat them that I am in Charge of as men regardless of the crimes that they have done.Because when I was younger I was headed to where they are so in someways I can understand their point of view,but my rock was I had both my parents.
