A LIGHT FOR THE GENTILES
A light for the Gentiles! This presently moves me. God has salvation for all persons, no matter what color of races they are. Today, every one could use a light. Jews and Gentiles alike...Jesus a sign Light..
"Sovereign Lord as you have promised,
you now dismiss your servant in peace.
For my eyes have seen your salvation,
which you have prepared in the sight of
all people, a light for the revelation to the
Gentiles...
and for the glory to your people Israel."
Then Simeon blessed them and said to Mary his mother:
..."This child is destined to cause the falling and rising
of many in Israel, and to be a sign that will be
spoken against so that the thoughts of many
hearts will be revealed..And a sword will pierce
your own soul too."
[Luke: 2: 29-32 and Luke 2: 34-35]
