If you've been searching in stores up and down to find that perfect gift to give but haven't quite found it, or if you are wanting to give something much more meaningfu...Why not make a homemade gift? Gifts that give your own special signature is very often more touching and it's so highly rewarded to your special love one or friend. How do you begin if you're not gifted in the talent of arts and crafts? Well, I can offer a few suggestions and if any one of you can add an idea please do so.
Here's a list that's pretty easy:
* Home baked goods (cookies, cakes and even homemade fudge or candies)
* Make a personalized picture frame ( Decorate a frame: use glitter, or stick ons you can buy with all sorts of designs)
* Make your own boxes of Christmas or greeting cards (If you're computer illerate--make a box of your own card designs)
* Draw, sketch or make a picture art ( You don't have to an artist, just creative, use paints, watercolors and have fun!)
* The Pen and Pencil flower ( You can use the light wire twists and artificial flowers to make a pen/pencil tipped with a flower)
* Make a piece of jewerly ( There are many craft kits that are easy to make your own piece of jewerly shop in crafts)
* Make homemade Christmas ornaments ( I do this all the time, you can buy glue, paint, glitter and give it your signature)
Well, I think you've got the idea. Get busy! If your relative or friend is not too partical to expensive gifts-- and like the special touch you can give in giving; then go for it. Any body else got any suggestions?
Have fun!
