Why Black families earn half what white families do; and what to do about it!!

After all these years and as late as October 2008 data supplied by the US Commerce and Labor statistics departments, Black families still earn one-half what white families earn; are unemployed at twice the rate and for three times as long. Corporate america's employment policies are to blame. Isn't it time we did some serious socio/economic butt kicking to correct this economic disparity. It is this disparity that keeps us with less of a chance to affect the forces that impinge upon us daily, not to mention to provide for our families as well as whites are able to provide for theirs.
