Are you an affluent African American who is dearly concerned about the conditions of Black America? Do you aspire to be astute, affluent, do you dream of aspiring to higher levels of conscious? Do you believe there is a purpose for every soul on earth including animals and things? Do you want to be apart of something the fulfillment of it will be beyond your lifetime? The Great Pyramid took centuries to built, great civilizations almost as long do you think you have the patience to withstand that in order to see a greater vision for your people? Do you want to become apart of an organization of brotherhood and sisterhood that will help you to prosper? Have you given any thought to a secret society? Do you know of and have you studied secret societies before? Did you know all the great lights of the ancient world Egypt, China, India and Greece were all founded by secret orders? Do you want to be apart of another great African revising?

Please post up with your thoughts.

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won`t feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

Don't be afraid!

So little do blacks whom are in sororities and faternities understand these social organizations are great recruitment grounds for secret societies. So are martial arts schools and churches and family functions. The strongest of all secret societies have always been families. But people today shy away from such and think it's a negative thing to be in or apart of a secret society. There is no law against secret societies only subversive activities. As long as you are God fearing and law abiding within your society you have no fear except informants whom may penetrate you should then keep good records of all activities, gatherings and members. If you want to get started forming your own then I suggest you read up on secret societies thoroughly and find out the good and the bad of them. You could choose to join one that is already established but I'm quite sure none of them will be looking out for the future of African American children. You guys are all here discussing ways to uplift African Americans but there is no better or surer way than a secret society. Wheels within wheels or circles within circles makes sure the larger circles or organizations stay on purpose. The 60's uprising failed because the organizations of the Nation of Islam, Core, SNIC, NAACP and the Black Panthers were all too public and relied upon public support. Secret societies only rely upon the support of it's own members. The leadership council of the secret society and it's members are responsible for supplying the resources and helping each member like a brotherhood or sisterhood. Your society needs to have affluent prominent members and even not so prominent members. The best recruit can start with your family members who are just as concerned as you are about uplifting the community. Don't be afraid to look into secret societies like I've said historical they were the hidden hand behind all great civilizations. Take care!

Thank you very much Ms. Griffin. It is so nice of you to read my blog and make a comment. That took a lot of courage for some people have misconceptions about secret societies believing them to be evil or even worse subversive. There's nothing in the constitution that specifically or implied that forbids secret societies. Matter of fact the founding fathers of the United States of America were members of covert societies. This is no law against secret societies nor any code of ethics forbidding them as well. We can rest easy and know that forming them amongst our communities will be a good thing. We are cautioned by wise voices that sometimes secret orders, fraternities and sororities can lead individuals towards elitism because of seclusion. This is all good advice but still we must examine how secret societies can be a benefit for the common African American as well as the affluent. There is a long history of secret societies going all the way back to Africa the birth place of civilization. We know that the first organized groups were during the Matriochical period of our developement. African history is human history and the secret orders of Africa contained histories of all the branches of mankind and the histories of genetic families of mankind. They served to inspire civilization and maintain the order when nations fell. Please study secret orders is all that I ask of you all and look into how you can forward agendas to eradicate your struggles in a very quiet way. Don't be evil though and don't break the law is the warning I would give you! I'm not in no way saying secret orders don't have their evil side as people will corrupt anything and we know this already! Take care!

There are African American secret societies already and they have been working behind the scenes for generations.

Great words. The thing is, we all are a part of a secret society, but a lot of people don't even realize it. We all - from time to time - do things to waste our lives and time and if we would just take advantage of our own secret society, we'd be so much more prosperous. You have great insight.

May be one day the 'secret' will get out that those of the Black race are individuals just as all of the other color of the skin human beings! Then may be we can join in with the OPEN society at large, huh?

say for example every thing thatI have done and have taught my children and they their children has been done in a manner that this planet will be a better place than I was born in.SHH, as this is a secret, because I am a Black female, married mother and grandmother of children making all 'A's in college, no drugs,no arrests, ect....

Please forgive me Mr. Washington, it is just that I am so sick of the white people telling me what to do to be a positive force on this planet until some times I tend to loose it when it is coming from my own people. for example, I am Black but I have chosen to be Buddhist and the first thing that come up is how I am worshiping a false God. Learn something about those you tell what is best for that person/what they should of do do or their whole race as if we are things and not able to think for our own selves or make our won choices. I respect your choice but you have no right to deny me mine...look back at some of what you said that actually locks me out of my own Black race as being a good and worthy person.

You see I am one of those who for generations have been working behind the scenes as refered to by Dr. Hines.
