A female sophmore at Ole Miss was heard screaming near a campus parking lot yesterday when a man attempted to abduct her. The female screamed loudly..."Help! You're not taking me!" When a parking lot attendant heard her she raced to aid in her rescue. Police arrived within quick time to arrest the suspect, 61 year old Wayne Crowe. The student was treated for bruises and is doing well.

METH BUST!

Task force got a hot tip yesterday as they undercoverd one of Memphis's largest Meth Labs with a door banging BUST! The lab had been operating out of a hotel suite in a east location of Memphis. The Ramada Inn on Sygamore View was stormed by the force taking the bust down. The arrests lead to Jeffrey Cole and Adam Benson who were captured in the operation at the scene.

High winds swept down trees, and power lines yesterday and the rembrants of that Okalhoma storm passed thru Memphis yesterday. Almost 3,000 homes were left without power. Most homes have been restored and the storm damage was not overall severe. No report of injuries. A few trees and some automobiles were damaged.
Whoo!
