Greetings: I've been cleaning up! It's like you know when we take on the challenge of tossing away what's not needed but we keep putting it back for another time. Also, packing up things to give to charity, or to some needy families. Yes, that's the kind of cleaning I've be doing. Being an author, I have piles and piles of paper too. I want to keep every little note, every scribble so I developed a pile for all that stuff. Anyway, ...back to cleaning up. Underneath a pile of papers I found a place where a mouse had made for himself his home. He probably had been living there for....well I don't know. The pile has been there for a while. I'm afraid I'm ashamed to say how long, (Okay!) Maybe, the little mouse has expired by now. I felt so good though to get rid of all that pile.
Wait though, after the discovery there was a mouse in the house. I discovered I was using another mouse. The mouse on my computer. Days I often used that trusty little mouse. I'd write on my computer and published on my website. I'd write my manuscripts and I'd write poetry, articles. I've spent much time neglecting piles of unused papers. All this included I have become rectified my uses of my computer's mouse. It has aided in little hidden parts of myself that I have disbursed in helping others in some ways of my writings. Hiding away in hours of sharing a word to encourage, in paragraphs of words of enlightening others, papers where I've cried within meditations on the Lord. When I cleared the stack away, I knew it sheltered one of the smallest creatures for a time and I felt good of the little lodger. In comparison perhaps, I have served purpose in some assisting helping God's smallest creatures. "Isn't this wonderful!" I thought, "What is considered trash I have shared a treasure." Moving on with a clearing area free from of stacks of papers...I have cleared away for a new beginning ... using a mouse right now to offer inspiration to others. Mysteriously, God does marvelous works with us all who allow him. Many hours even when we are hidden under old piles hidden away he has created shelters of his loving presence. I haven't seen the mouse...just rembrants of his presence. God is present among us, even when we take so long to clean up ourselves, so we can realize he's been there with us all the time! What an awesome enlightment to discover!
