A Local Child Care center in Northaven--Jessie's Child Enrichment Child Care a home based child care center was raided by the Shelby County Sheriff Patrol Crime Response Unit on Tuesday, March 03, 2009. Once inside the home based child care, sheriffs found 3 guns hidden on the property where 3 children were being cared for at the time of the raid. One under a bed mattress, in a one of the son's pocket, and another in automobile on the property. Jessie's sons 15, 16 and 19 year old were arrested for concealing weapons and ammunition on the property. Jessie was not aware of the hidden guns being in home center's property and was not charged in the incident. The sheriff stated the serial numbers on the guns had been removed. Sons and guns were taken away...
Jessie wasn't home, and didn't know her outlaw sons had hidden the guns?

A FEW HOLES OF GOLF!

It was a mild President's Day when 3 of Hernado finest cops decided to leave their posts of duty to shoot a few holes of golf. The three mischievieous officers who were no rookies, took a chance to tip it off! Officers Shane Ellis, Charlie Terry and Roger Swatzyna laid down their guns and picked up the puck! Little did they know they'd get busted! Now, they all 3 will face demotions and leave without PAY. Shane will no longer be Chief, but Lt. Ellis and Charlie and Roger will no longer be Lt. Terry and Lt. Swatzyna, but patrolmen.
Shoot!...looks as if they lost it.... all in a game of golf!
