Why do Infidelity exist in so many relationships? (2221 hits)

Awaiting the release of my first novel" Trained To Cheat" release date to be announced. I decided to post my first blog, so bare with me.
Men and women have to deal with the subject of Infidelity on a daily basis. Why do we as a people feel a need to have more then one person in our lives to fulfil our needs. Cheating goes deeper then just a mere desire for the hunt, or to know if I still have it going on. It is deeper than just getting revenge for all the men that have mistreated you in the past, or all the women that did not realize that you was one of the good guys. Cheating could be a form of behavior that is passed down through generations or maybe it is a form of learned behavior. Whatever the reason,

Make your wives the first priority in your life. Love, loyalty, trust and respect are necessary for emotional well-being. Wives who are treated as number one priority usually make their Husbands feel the same way.

Wow ! Awesome topic.
The reason I birthed Breathe Again Magazine was out of pain from adultery. It exists in t'he church and outside the church and guess what? It is not going away. We must live to please God and God only. Not our flesh. Our flesh says I am being ignored I want attention ! My flesh says "the grass is greener on the other side" My flesh says "I'm just not in love with you anymore" Our focus must be on him --the King of Kings, our focus must be on pleasing him. He will lead us and it won't be in the direction of another person for comfort.

You know I bless God for the what I had to endure because it created me to be the wife,mother and most of all Women of God that he has called me to be. A child was even born from the affair. (he's so precious)

I also wrote an article entitled "Never Say Never" as I have always said that I would never accept him back if he got her pregnant. But that was what Nicole said, not God. So many people are dealing with this and if I had to be used to "tell the story" so someone can be healed and know they are not alone, then it's ok with me. My reward comes from on high....

in the movie , 'not easily broken', it gives the answer. people forget that you need 3 people to make it work. the husband, the wife and the forgotten piece to the puzzle 'GOD'.

Craig here are some of my pat REALITYS on this subject:

We are human and as human beings our first and most basic survival instinct is to protect "OUR OWN" self. I see this much as I see no one has to teach us to breath now do they?

Did anyone teach you to cry as a newborn when you were dissatisfied because you were hungry? did anyone have to teach you to Smile when you were happy?

Does anyone teach a person to like a male,a female or even males and female BOTH as s*x partners in injoyment of said action or that all humans start out as females? This is natural and has nothing (I believe) to do with any forms of socialization or religious pros /cons as These things we can change, with learning or with age or with disappointments in trying to fit them in one's daily lives and still be able to be happy, satisfied... but try to change or stop breathing in or out and see how long you are classified as alive and welcome to any social gatherings...

This is why I say if it works then do not try to change it. but, we may be able to change the needs for s*x at all before marriage...help those Preist not break the Vatican or protect our children from s*xual abuse..much like the Bible demands us to do and as parents, etc?

NOw to answer the question you asked in a short sentence. s*xual behavior is an action/reaction to a force of how mankind keeps on existing and individual human survival behavior.

Nicole,unlike you I can not find any rhyme or reason for that new law in Afganistan or the one here in America about 40 years ago that a married female is only a vessle for the husband's pleasure and to bare his children as a result of it.

I have alwyas been this way and will always be this way as long as my self-esteem demands that I be treated with humanity and respect that I am due as a human being and not an object to obey any rules that reminds me of being a slave in any way form or fasihon.A woman has the right to say no when it comes to anything about my (her0 body be it mental or physical...and that is the G-O-D's truth as I see it about me.Iam so happy you are not like me and do not mind this as a part of your life.

Earl, I gather you did not see Hillary Clinton on Oprah that day talking about she LOVES Bill therefore must take this kind of behavior Bill's. In my book her public humilitations is a part of her being with him as a given. Or may be because she needs his power to stay up on that political high.

Me, I truely believe that Hillary Clinton is gay and she and Bill have never even had s*x with each other. Remember Earl that today a male does not even have to be in the same room /country of the female's child that he is the biological father of...I will go all out and say he can be up there on the space station at this time the female becomes pregnant with his child(smile)
