IT'S GOOD TO BE GOLDEN: "Parental Expectations", is a poetic story about how the expectations parents have for their children can be used by these same children in their pursuit of greatness. Told by Alexis, Raymond and Millicent Golden's oldest child, the story offers children of all ages a prescription for avoiding the tendency to just "fit in", which can lead to the development of superficial rather than authentic relationships. The book also includes seven questions for young readers to ponder.
