What do you think about health care reform?
I have a problem with the individuals who are protesting against American health care reform. Don't they realize that we crossed this bridge several years ago, when Bill Clinton was the American president, and reform was put on the back burner then? I'm right there with them when it comes to not adding to the deficit, but at some point you have to acknowledge that the high cost of health care has been adding to this deficit for the past twenty plus years.
This is one issue that can't be ignored, especially when our citizenry prides itself in adhering to the Golden Rule of "doing unto others as you would have them do unto you." If we continue to allow 14,000 Americans to go uninsured, we are nothing short of hypocrites. Yeah, I want to hold on to more of my money during this economic downturn, but I also want to do what I can to improve the lives of the less fortunate.
What do you think? Are we a nation of hypocrites or saints?

Jeffery, what tickles me, but not in a funny way, but a very concerned way is those people who are only confused /upset with these protesters not fully understanding just how lucky they are.
These protester are upset over their country and how it has sunk so low as to being able to so easly acceting someone who is not a White male in that "Whitehouse"....
And, yet I am more concerned that so many of our people have no idea what the 60s civil rights movement was all about!!!!!so "I" will bring this up each and every chance "I" get...the 60s was about removing those White Only signs of Jim crow therefore making it possiable for Black children to go to the school nearest them. They were able to sit in the same class rooms of the Bill and Hillary Clintons. Yes,that same Hillary Clinton who turned against her own father as soon as she was old enough to understand that he was in favor of this.AND NOW THAT WHITE MAN ONLY SIGN HAS BEEN REMOVED ON THE WHITE HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!DAMNED THOSE SUPPORTERS OF PRESIDENT OBAMA...
WAKE UP...because this is not about the health care bill, because this bill has been coming up for over 40 years now by WHITE PRESIDENTS..."Wake UP my people and open your minds to the real world of white supremacy being threatened in this country.("I" am not smiling, because this joke is on us)
