Where do they get people to write these things? I can only hope our representatives have more time to devote to this than I do? But I'm sure they all have large staffs to handle this. Unfortunately, I do not.

Clark, well I've read the bill, didn't take long, and though I have some questions on funding, "dangerous medications" that wouldn't be covered (I'm thinking of "controlled substances), and drug rehab, at least this is a bill that has some basis for rational discussion. Thanks again!

Thanks brother Steve, but "I" have taken that leap of faith where "I" put my trust in our president on this matter. And, the only way "I" will loose this blind trust in Mr. Obama is that he goes back on his word that he will veto if no public option is in this bill.
The way I look at this matter is that the public optioin is the only way to put a slow down in the insurance CEDs making these un called for salarys and bonus' by not paying the hospital bills of their clients that they have promised to do!(smile)

Clark if this bill gets to be forced into a filibuster on the floor and we can get to see those right-wingers in action explaining this bill it will I chant(pray) be the very thing to get more people fired (for failing to be able to explain whe she is saying about WHAT IS IN THIS BILL that is not in it)than that Betsy M. who started this whole death panel bull that they used Palin to draw such mass media attention to.
These people's needs to cause fear in American citizens needs to be brought into the light long before a book comes out.After all these books too often have a $ sign more than being honest / moral or trying to protect Americans.
Lets try to bring about these kinds of Changes by any ,and all ways necessary and sooner than later.(smile)

Steve, every time I hear our congress blame this bill for lack of them being able to do what we the average citizen has sent them there to do, it just makes me think about our invasion of Iraq .And, I still have not heard about our getting one drop of oil from Iraq. I did hear about how it has become so safe that China has gotten a big contract with Iraq to get oil from them and this makes me more mad than my youngest child serving a malitary tour of duty in the middle-east five years ago!!!!!!!!!!

And, also Steve as each journey must begin with one step, Please try to remember that your political representative be they local, state, Federal and even our president is only just like you, O-N-E person...Feinstein and Boxer and Heger are mine.
I have only voted fo rFeinsteine once. As her first term in office as my senator was enough to find out that she is the only oneof the three who does not answer any of my: emails, letters or phone calls. Boxer never fails to answer all of them and does even more. If she can not solve the problem her self, she will sent information who to go to and how to contact them.
Heger who is a Republican never fails to response to any and all of my inquires on what is going on in Washington or here in Ca.
Feinstine is once again up for reelection and this as she(the owner of two banks)is so against our president, I will give this vital informations about how she ignores us to who ever runs against her. And. just like Boxer does, I will go above this and send him or her contacts of others with these kinds of complaints about how she ignores us back here and may be this is why this state is in such trouble.
All things have it's proper time to be needed / used where it can do the most building up, or tareing .(smile)And, it is all about telling the TRUTH when ever one does something like this...

but, sister Jen please do not forget the $millions being handed out to read or not read this bill...and, if this is actually too much for them to do then we must vote them our of office.
Hell these books they write after leaving d.c. or being thrown out of office are not short paged books now are they??????????????
but, that bill that has costed us trillions in money and thousands of american lives and God only know ow manylives lost in the past 7 years and counting never got read nor a complaint. Tose who like our president who wante no war, got shouted down but we never heard a word now did we....
LET US, as in U.S.
WAKE UP AND STOP ENABELING THESE PEOPLE FROM WORKING FOR US THOSE LOUSY PENNYS WE CAN ONLY AFFORD FROM OUT TAXES IF WE STILL HAVE A JOB!!!!!!!and if we do I am sure that the average voter does not make $102,000 an hour!!!!!!!!!(smile)

Plus, thanks to our brother Clark, we have gotten a view of how our politicians read the parts of the bills that the lobby pay them to read and then come and explaine to us (as in U.S)just the way the lobby have paid them to come to the public in what is "said" is in the bills....
