DOUBLE, RUBBLE
DOUBLE DRIBBLE..THAT'S A FOUL!

The University of Memphis Men's Basketball Team has been stripped of its record of 38 wins and recognition of the Final Four by the NCAA . The team fell into trouble when investigations disclosed that Point Guard , Derrick Rose used a set in person to take his SAT exam. Facts also indicate that the basketball team's program was accused in January of 2009 of major violations which cited failure to charter travel system which totaled a sum of over $2,000 unpaid. These infractions forced a forfeit of all of the University team wins. A similar final four appearance occured in 1985 with then coach, Dana Kirk . The NCAA Committee on Infractions had a press conference on Wednesday stating it's decison is final, but the school's adminstration has decided it woul d appeal the decision. Meanwhile the NCAA trophy and monies will be expected to striken with the rubble.

A Midtown duplex was the scene of a one large rubble order on Wednesday afternoon, when a 45 year old woman met a large KABOOM! The entire duplex exploded! Neighbors and friends of Harbert street ran with a zoom outside to take a double look at where the noise erupted. Witnessess said the entire roof blew up and crashed down into a cave in with flames . One witness said it was a miracle that the woman survived! The explosion was caused by a gas leak inside the kitchen. The landlord had been making repairs on the stove in the kitchen sometime before the mishap. When firemen arrived on the scence they pulled the survivor from the rubble.
The victim survived with 2nd and 3rd degree burns, and is doing fairly in satisfactory condition.The blast was so forceful it was a double shake and shook homes blocks away. Memphis firefighters got there on the double. There were no occupants living on the other side of the duplex. Duplex means double-sided [Photo from Commerical Appeal]

National Report
The National Center for Health Statistics issued a prelimenary report stating that life expectancy in the United States has risen to a new height. According to a recent report it stated that nearly most citizens of the United States may live a life expectacy of 78 years old. The increase is accredited to the decrease in the leading causes of deaths. These deaths include heart disease, cancer which is the likely cause of most deaths, and HIV. The report mentioned that HIV death's rate has declined in the last 10 years. The report also stated that Japan has the longest life expectancy living to the double age of 41.5 years times a double which is about 83 years old.

Here's one more double story for you. "It's about a court's rubble.."
HE WAS.. D-W-Y-B! [ DRIVING WHILE- YOU'RE-BLIND!]
Johnson City, TN
A 58 year old man is being charged with vehicular homicide of a pedestrian struck in 2007. The court is a debate of defense as attorneys argue that the man is legally blind and was behind the wheel of a car! They find that blind for Social Security purposes is not the same as being blind and driving a car! According to the motion filed to suppress the information, the standard that determines if a person can work and drive and function will have to be examined. The Judge on the case has set the case to continue on September 30!
I double wonder what will come out of that one's rubble?
Sure you're enjoying these rhymes and things and it really no trouble, But I've places to go on the double. Hear that! Far in a distant rubble! They're calling my name! I love writing these little pages of fun. I do really got to go...I've got to run. Listen to them yell!

GROWING YOUNGER IS THE NEW LIFE!
The definition of growing old is taking on a new life. It's growing younger! There was once a time we used the word "Old" but now; men and women we used to call Seniors have a new and younger life! They are looking younger. They show, act, and conduct themselves in a more younger view than ever-- and are full of energy too! The once was young/old generation are making their new way to good attitudes, healthy eating, exercise, health spas, and beauty shops everywhere. It's a total makeover! Seniors today more than before are showing signs of staying healthier and happier and younger looking. I meet lots of Seniors and I've notice so many of the are in good health. They are exercising, walking, biking, running and taking meditation classes in yoga and spiritual rejuevation. They look younger than they really are and living longer too!
Studies have shown that many older persons are living more stress free lives, with much less rubble to worry over. Many seniors are taking on a double change and are returning to school or colleges and taking on brand new or changing careers. They are fit and full of life. In addition, to taking up the physical scene, they find time for spiritual enrichment as part of their daily regime. Teaching, studying and meeting with others discussing how he or she are using Divine Guidance in The God of Heaven to help them have a more fulfulling and rewarding life. They have the wonderful Spirit of Love and giving to others of themselves. Living more and more worry free of world troubles. Most of them seem --to appear more happier than their younger kids and grandkids! Marvelous! I say. I enjoy watching them and talking with them about their vibrancy as I also am looking forward to growing younger again with the new life Jesus Christ has given me. This has been My Blog.
